Le lieu est très beau avec ses briques typiques de Bogota. Les NOUVEAUX appartements rénovés sont jolis.

Nous avons réservé sur booking. On nous a donné à la base un appartement très vétuste et très sale. C’était vraiment honteux. Nous avons dormi une nuit dans cet appartement car nous sommes arrivés tard. Nous nous sommes plaint le lendemain et on nous a changé d’appartement, mais avons dû payer un supplément. L’appartement rénové est très bien, mais les lits sont très durs pour moi. Le petit déjeuner est bien, mais je n’ai pas apprécié d’être à l’étage avec moins de lumière, contrairement aux clients de l’hôtel qui étaient dans le beau restaurant en bas. Au moment de la réservation je n’avais pas compris qu’il y avait deux types d’offres différentes. Bref, c’était un séjour bien finalement, mais le manque de transparence de l’hôtel sur la plate-forme booking n’est pas correcte.

Escape a la rutina en un lugar especial
Pros:

La amabilidad y cortesía del personal de la recepción del hotel. La calidad del buffet del desayuno del restaurante Los Rosales destaca nitidamente la Sra. Paola, siempre amable y atenta a satisfacer las necesidades de los comensales.

Cons:

Creo que deben poner un poquito de atención al circuito de agua de las duchas. Me parece que si hubieran válvulas de agua monocomando sería más cómodo para el usuario a la hora de bañarse.

The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of offerings. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
