A beautiful hotel with the kindest staff who went above and beyond to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facilities were amazing, very clean and well thought out. Very spacious
Excellent stay! The location is very convenient, especially if you have a car, making it easy to explore Rome while avoiding the busy city center. What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the staff. They are without a doubt the friendliest and most welcoming team I have encountered in any hotel during all my travels around the world. I wish I could mention every single member by name because they all deserve recognition, but unfortunately I don’t remember everyone. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to start the day. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

I liked that we were welcomed in a very friendly way by the staff. Mrs. Daniela was absolutely amazing in greeting us and making sure we were comfortable. We arrived in the late morning and we knew that the room would not be ready, so we thought we would go for a walk and return later. Nevertheless, mrs. Daniela made sure the room was ready quickly and meanwhile offered us a free breakfast and stored our luggage separately so we would not need to carry them around. Additionally, we received a wonderful and comfortable room and we even received fruit and wine in the room. That was a nice touch! Compliments also to the kitchen staff and the waiters who were making sure breakfasts were impeccable! Special praises also to mrs. Stella and her other colleagues for being so helpful and making such great caffe latte every morning! The hotel is big, but very quiet! Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were also changed on a daily basis. We felt very well and really enjoyed our stay! Next time we will be in Rome we will definitely come back! Grazie di tutto!
There is nothing we did not like.
We arrived late and exhausted, but the check-in process was seamless and quick. To our delightful surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a higher room category—a wonderful gesture that made our anniversary celebration feel even more special.
Our room on the top floor was great, incredibly spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to get a fantastic night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive; the selection was vast, and the barista crafted an excellent cup of coffee. The staff was very polite and attentive.
Our stay far exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Thank you for the stay. Overall, we had a good experience, but I would like to share some feedback that I hope will be taken into consideration.
First of all, the strongest point of the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. It is clear that the management cares about hospitality, and the staff genuinely try to assist guests and make them feel comfortable. This was the best part of our stay.
The breakfast was also very good, especially compared to many other hotels in Italy, where breakfast is often simpler due to cultural differences. We really appreciated the quality and variety offered.
Bed was very comfortable and very good selection of pillows. Bed setup was absolutely excellent and comfortable and clean.
The main concern was cleanliness. Unfortunately, some areas did not feel properly clean and they weren’t,
especially around places like where towels were stored. In general, the room and facilities sometimes gave the impression of not being fully clean. It may be that some materials or furnishings are outdated and difficult to maintain and clean properly; if so, it may be time to replace them, because this affects how guests perceive hygiene and comfort. I strongly recommend paying more attention to cleanliness, as it directly impacts guest satisfaction.I can say definitely the reception staffs are more organised than cleaning staff.
Another point is the atmosphere of the hotel. The environment feels somewhat cold due to the heavy use of stone, metal, and plaster throughout the rooms and corridors. While the design may be intentional, it lacks warmth and coziness. Adding more decorative elements such as beautiful paintings, warmer décor, or softer design details could make guests feel more comfortable and welcomed.
The corridors, in particular, feel quite cold and could benefit from more attention in terms of design and ambiance. Also, some outdated elements in the rooms should be renewed.
Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its excellent staff and breakfast, but cleanliness should be the top priority, and creating a warmer atmosphere could significantly improve the guest experience.
Decent price vs. quality ratio, decent breakfast options, clean, several decent restaurants in the vicinity, calm neighbourhood. Our tripple room with couch had a huge terrace.
Terrace was dusty, looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, hair in a bathroom. Outdated TV without smart options.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Staff is very helpful and easy to communicate with - we have been offered free breakfast for the duration of our stay, which was unexpected and a very nice touch
