Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Just got back from a 10 night stay in this family run fantastic hotel. Myself and family have never felt so welcome and relaxed. Every employee from the bottom to the top greeted you with a welcoming smile and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The gardens were immaculate and well kept. Food and drink were second to none along with outstanding service. There's a towel service where you can change your pool towels daily free of charge. The pool bar food is excellent along with a very friendly service. On the whole I wouldn't think twice on booking this hotel again.

Great team at hotel in all areas they set an high standard and it’s maintained by all. Friendly and helpful staff with a great choice of food in a relaxed setting.
Ala carte is also very good and again service is brilliant. Rooms very clean and changed daily. I would recommend the Hotel and will be returning for another family holiday, Hotel is also linked to a fantastic beach / bay and again is spotless.

To keep it brief the location was beautiful with a great view at the beach and nearby locations.
The atmosphere and people were most welcoming kind and fair making it a welcome and great fun and relaxing experience with delicious food and fun events for both kids and adults .
The rooms were great well kept in the days we were staying relaxing and nice . As for value from experience alone I think it was worth it with everything the package included from the food the room the events the gym the sauna the pool all up to par with what was paid .

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel's beachfront location is excellent, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to the front office manager, who made guests feel especially welcome.

There are just a few areas that could be improved. On our first day, we found a large dead insect in the room. While the room was generally clean, a small piece of plastic packaging was left on the counter after housekeeping. The curtains also don't close completely, so quite a bit of light comes into the room early in the morning.

The TV wasn't working when we arrived and had to be repaired. It stopped working again on our third night, and although the staff kindly offered us another room or the lobby to watch it, it would be nice to see the hotel upgrade to modern smart TVs, as this is something I also noticed during a previous stay several years ago. The pool was nice, although we mainly came for the beach, and we found the café average. We also appreciated being offered a late check-out.

I almost feel bad mentioning these points because the staff were truly outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay very enjoyable, and I hope the hotel addresses these small issues, as they would make an already very good hotel even better.

Location was beautiful, having the bay beach was perfect with lovely clear water to enjoy snorkelling everyday . Nice relaxing atmosphere to try lots of different cocktails. Rooms were cleaned to perfection and towels replaced daily . Food was exceptionally good which is always very important to us . Recommend.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .

The hotel is in a walking distance from the beach, so you can enjoy both the beach and the pool. We enjoyed our stay since the staff was very friendly and helpful with our under 1 year son. Highchairs were offered in every restaurant or pool bar. Even though the hotel was fully booked and the new section of the hotel was being built, the rooms were very quiet! The cleaners were passing in every room twice a day, which was very much needed (since our dustbins were always full with diapers). We had booked all inclusive plus in a very good price, concerning the perfect and wide variety buffet they served in every meal. Highly recommended from us!!

All areas were clean and beautiful, with views of the pool, the trees, and the sea. The staff—from cleaners and waiters to receptionists—were always smiling and ready to help, from morning until late at night. There was a wide variety of options at the buffet. We have already arranged to visit again.

We recently stayed at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel with our two daughters (4 and 1.5 years old), and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best family holidays we've had.

We booked a Family Room, which was spacious and had an amazing sea view. The hotel itself sits right on the beach in Protaras, surrounded by well-kept gardens. The beach almost feels private, since only Crystal Springs and one neighbouring hotel have direct access to it, and the water is crystal clear. Between the pools, the beach, and the daily entertainment, our girls were never bored, and we still got plenty of time to relax.

The highlight of our stay was our 4-year-old's birthday, which fell during our trip. The hotel went above and beyond: they organized a birthday cake and decorated our table for dinner, completely surprising her. She was thrilled. A memory we'll treasure for years. Thank you for that.

Both my wife and daughter have coeliac disease, and over our two-week stay the kitchen team could not have been more accommodating at every single meal. We ate mostly from the buffet, and whenever it wasn't quite enough for their needs, the chef and sous-chef personally prepared gluten-free dishes for them instead. That level of attentiveness, day after day, made us feel genuinely taken care of rather than an inconvenience.

What stood out beyond the individual gestures was the consistency of the staff — everyone we met, in every department, was warm and helpful. It's also worth noting how present the managers are, visibly around the property throughout the day and happy to stop and chat which says a lot about how the place is run.

Between the location, the beach, the food, and the sheer warmth of the team, we left feeling like real guests, not just another booking. We'll absolutely be back.

Highly recommend, especially for families and anyone with dietary requirements.

We have had the best holiday at the Crystal Springs! This hotel has a charm and that is mainly down to the staff who all work so hard, special mention to everyone at the pool bar - especially Anastasia and Jack, plus George who is always there to make you smile!

The food is delicious, we were never disappointed and we ate here 3 times a day on All Inclusive Plus - having lunch at the pool bar which had lots of variety, and the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner - even the fussy teens always found something.

The pool is great, never had trouble finding a sunbed but u do need to get up early for the best spots! Yes you can hear the construction work but it's not intrusive. Having the beach just a few steps away is so nice, it's a sandy beach but the seabed has fine stones so you don't get covered in sand. The sea is very calm with rocks in the deeper areas for you to stand on if not confident. Lots of little fish swimming around too.

There wasn't a great deal to do for the teenagers during the day but we walked 15 mins to the marina behind the hotel next door and hired jet skis plus did a boat trip.

We aren't usually people who go back to somewhere after we've visited but this is the first hotel I've thought about booking again because it suits all our needs, and the people here are just so lovely from reception to restaurant staff and the lovely lady who cleaned our room spotlessly every day!

Breakfast buffet was what I expected and was great. Pool bar staff /restaurant were good too. Staff overall very friendly. Rooms very clean

The hotel is beautifully located in a peaceful, picturesque bay with crystal-clear water. We loved the lush, well-maintained gardens, the relaxing atmosphere, and the overall feeling of comfort throughout our stay.
The food deserves special recognition. The buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality dishes every day, along with delicious natural beverages. There was always something new to try, and everything was beautifully prepared.
However, the greatest asset of this hotel is its people. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.

My wife and I have been traveling every year for many years and have extensive experience with many hotels. Your hotel is in excellent condition. Cleanliness, excellent food, beautiful garden and beach. However, we were most pleased with the approach of your staff to all guests throughout the hotel - in the pool bar, restaurant, reception, etc. The holiday had an additional bonus when you feel great and when not only the sun but also the entire hotel staff smiles at you all the time.
