This was my second visit in 2 months. Everything was wonderful, it’s such a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are super friendly.

I was completely satisfied—I recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet, a beautiful beach, perfect staff, and an experience to last all summer. This was my first stay at this hotel, but it won't be my last.

Well what can we say again but a massive thank you to all staff at crystal springs beach hotel, it was our 3rd visit and definitely not our last, we celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary here with the great staff. Hotel fantastic, food unbelievable it’s sooooood good, drinks superb, location excellent. Rooms very comfy and clean. This is simply the best hotel to us in the world and we will definitely be back next year to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Many thanks crystal springs for more happy memories and just keep doing what you are doing. SIMPLY THE BEST ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and excellent facilities. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. We had the most relaxing massage by Simona, definitely recommend!
The food was varied, fresh, and of a very high standard, with plenty of options for all tastes. The pool areas were immaculate, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing.

We would highly recommend Crystal Springs Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Die Anlage ist in einem schönen ruhigen Gegend umgeben, dennoch hat man alles was man braucht. Supermärkte, Restaurant alles in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Für Ruhesunde wie mich absolut empfehlenswert. Alle schönen Strände befinden sich teilweise in Reichweite des Hotels - erreichbar sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß. Im Zimmer gab es ein Kleiderschrank, Safe, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage. Auf dem Balkon gab es ein Wäscheaufhänger um Badesachen aufzuhängen. Das Hotel ist ideal geeignet für Familien mit Kindern oder auch Pärchen. Schöner gepflegter Garten mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen für jeden vorhanden. Poolhandtücher und Saunatücher werden ebenfalls vom Hotel bereitgestellt was ich super finde. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und im Gesamten Hotel ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Housekeeping wurde nicht nur einmal sondern gleich zwei mal am Tag durchgeführt -
Morgens und Abends. Freundliche Mitarbeiter mit stets einem lächeln im Gesicht. Vielen Dank an Andrej an seine herzliche Art und Dankeschön an die Dame an der Rezeption Yuliya. Als ich spätabends eincheckte, hatte Sie mir noch eine kleine Tüte mit Verpflegung aufs Zimmer mitgegeben. Nach dem Checkout um 12:00 Uhr, durfte ich mich noch im Hotel aufhalten und den Pool-/Meer nutzen.

We've just returned from an amazing holiday and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel was fantastic, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were absolutely 10/10—they couldn't do enough for us and always went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We have just returned from an 11-night all-inclusive stay at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel, and it was one of the best holiday decisions we've made.
The pool area is excellent – the pool is always clean, there are plenty of sunbeds available, and we never struggled to find somewhere to sit. There is also a separate kids' pool for families. Despite there being lots of families staying at the hotel, the main pool is a great size, so noise was never an issue.
The pool bar is fantastic and definitely the best place for lunch. It's open from 10am until late, service is always quick, and there are plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options available. The fresh fish of the day on the lunch menu was a highlight for us. A special shout out to George, Theodoras and Anastasia, who were all incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast, dinner and tea service, with a different menu every day, so meals never became repetitive. The food and drinks throughout the hotel were genuinely 5-star quality.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, especially the palm trees and gardens. The beach next to the hotel is clean and peaceful – during our stay we even saw an octopus and a few pufferfish! In our opinion, the hotel beach was far nicer than Fig Tree Bay, which felt overcrowded with rows and rows of umbrellas and rubbish views compared to the hotels beach.
Entertainment throughout the day is the perfect balance. There is always something going on, but it never feels overwhelming if you simply want to relax. The entertainment team are brilliant, particularly Gahbor and Mate, who made activities great fun.
Olesya from Guest Relations, who is constantly walking around checking that guests are happy and gathering feedback. It is clear that this hotel genuinely listens to its customers and wants to improve wherever possible.
Our room was clean, spacious and had lovely balcony views. We would strongly recommend going all-inclusive, as food and drinks could soon add up otherwise. For our 11-day stay, it was absolutely worth it.
The local area itself is fairly quiet, with only a few bars and supermarkets nearby, but honestly, you don't really need to leave the hotel. If you're looking for nightlife and busy strips, Ayia Napa would be a better choice. The hotel can arrange taxis to places such as Protaras and Fig Tree Bay, usually costing around €15 each way.
Regarding the ongoing construction work, we felt some of the negative reviews were exaggerated. The hotel is expanding to include an indoor pool and conference facilities as part of its move towards 5-star status. Work generally runs from 7am until 4pm. While you can hear it, it certainly didn't ruin our holiday. We were still able to relax by the pool and even sleep on our sunbeds. In fact, it was quite interesting watching the progress each day! To put it in perspective, our room was 3 balcony's away from the building work and we never heard it from our room.
Overall, Crystal Springs Beach Hotel delivers 5-star service, outstanding food and drinks, excellent staff and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

First let me clear up the noise issues- it did not bother us or wake us or spoil hoilday! Excellent hotel ,staff are wonderful ,very friendly and polite , big shout out to George who always smiling and happy make your stay wonderful which goes out to all the staff as well ! Food is excellent ,tasty ,big choices to choose from- salads 🥗 , cheese ,meats ,fresh juices - just so many to choice and different every day .Beach is excellent for swimming- 2 min from hotel ,calm waters, there are sun beds and umbrellas on beach for hire -10 euros hire per day. We stayed in hotel grounds which are big and you see beach and its free. Main swimming pool and small one for kids. Hotel room was lovely, clean and spacious, we had a sea view balcony which I recommend. We stayed all inclusive plus- again advise to-do this- drinks are all premium- whiskey gin, vodka, beer ,wines ,brandy, wine red white- they only have the best . Highly recommended!

This is now the 5th year we have been to crystal springs for our summer holiday. Everything about it is outstanding, the hotel, the location, the staff, food choices. We are already planning to return in 2027 and looking forward to seeing the changes which are being made. (As long as it’s the same staff)

Absolutely fantastic. From the moment we landed we were greeted with a packed lunch as it was a late flight. From that day onwards the staff go above and beyond. The breakfast is absolutely stunning. They couldn't do enough for us! A car is needed to explore and to head to other towns but all in all. Superb. A beautiful magical hotel. On a beautiful island.

What an absolutely magnificent stay we have just had at the Crystal Springs Beach Hotel! It is easy to see why so many fellow travellers sing the praises of this wonderful place—the beautiful setting, the spotless facilities, and the brilliant atmosphere completely live up to the glowing reviews.

While the hotel itself is stunning, what truly elevates it to another level is the incredible team. Every single member of staff is fantastic, always greeting you with a warm smile and going above and beyond to make your holiday special.

We must give a very special mention to some absolute stars who made our stay unforgettable: Utsav, Alicia, Christina, Emily, and George. Your exceptional hospitality, attentiveness, and warmth did not go unnoticed, and you are a credit to the hotel!

We noticed the exciting new extension underway, and while we are already planning our return, we just hope this new addition doesn’t alter the unique charm and intimate feel that makes the place so magical. Hopefully, it will only serve to improve what is already a slice of paradise.
