I am currently staying at this hotel, and I will never stay here again. The noise levels are very loud, and the front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. The accommodations are not satisfactory, and I do not plan to stay here again.

These hotel is everything and more where I like the most waking up to a beautiful view of the downtown and going to sleep, looking out the window at the night view in bed and the lights in the city. I had the end corner room of downtown view romance, and everything of 10 out of 10 for me. I will stay again and request the same Room 1602
I did have some dust on top of the refrigerator when I was putting some food items on top, but I still give it a 10 out of 10
I was originally booked at the W Atlanta for 31 Mar. This booking was for my daughter for her birthday. Upon check in at the W, it was revealed that the hotel pool was closed and this was a primary reason for selecting that hotel. I requested a check out and a refund of the points to book at another nearby hotel.
I filtered on the Bonvoy portal for hotels with pools and booked the Twelve Downtown for an additional 15k points. After my daughter checked in there and went to the pool level, it turned out that it too was closed. I called front desk and the extremely rude front desk manager, Abbie, only repeated that the closure was indicated on the Bonvoy portal. I checked and re-checked and this is not the case. I left a message with the hotel GM but received no response. I requested a refund of the 55k points for the hotel for this inconvenience but instead received 5,000 points through an automated email to close this issue, I have decided to post this review.
Despite having Lifetime Titanium Elite status with Bonvoy, I did not receive a notification to leave a review on their site, hence the review here. Having just checked the abundance of poor reviews there, my outcome is not surprising.
Great location.
We stayed for 4 nights. We asked for our room to be cleaned / serviced 3 times and they promised it would but never got cleaned. We asked for towels as we ran out for our family of 5 and they gave us washcloths, not full size towels. For the price we paid, the room should have been cleaned and we should have been given towels. Normally we stay in AirBnbs but we wanted to treat ourselves to the hotel experience, unfortunately this was a huge disappointment.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the AC did not work at all from the time we checked in til like 7am. The room was hot and had to sleep with the balcony slide door open. We did notify the front desk early of the issue and the response was just give it a while to cool off. It affected my quality of sleep and sleeping with the balcony slide door open allowed all the city noise to come in. I kept waking up during the night to sounds of sirens and traffic.
It was clean and well appointed.
The entrance was difficult to book car service pick up.
