Location was not to far from the Malecon. Restaurant and small bar was also on site.

The property is extremely outdated, I was itchy all night sleeping in the bed, I did not use the pillows nor go under the sheets. Woke up with back pain, I was expecting a clean and updated property from the pictures. I would call it a motel and not a hotel at this point. I was Unable to flush the toilet the following morning and the property doesn’t have a water filtration system, super rough water I do not recommend if you are looking for at least 3 star. Terrible

Location is great, marina super nice and clean. The restaurant has good food and their chef is supper nice. An issue we had was when we decided to upgrade upon arrival. After paying almost $500 (dollars), we were given a "suite" which looked nothing like the suites displayed on their site, more like their basic room with a view. After my husband politely questioned the staff, they brushed him off with, "sorry, that's all you get with your upgrade." Within a few minutes they called our room claiming to do us "a favor" and switched us to an actual suite. Imagine if we wouldn't have questioned, we did not complain btw, but just simply asked!!

Another thing we noticed upon arrival was the pool. It was in desperate need of cleaning and some maintenance. The water was in poor condition, and worst, allowing children to swim in it. The next day it was closed and the cleaning started. How do you allow the pool get that dirty!

AC had some issues, wasn’t working very well, besides that everything was great.

This property is in a great location has a wonderful view of the marina and downtown

Our shower didn't drain, had issue with the TV, Property needs an ice machine. Water temp control in the shower is not good.

No hot water in a shower in the morning. Restaurant food was not good. Will not return.

HORRIBLE experience from the get go!!As soon as we step foot at this hotel issues aroused. We couldn’t shower without feeling like the faucet was going to come off!! Specially when you tried to open the hot water, the whole thing started shaking and could hear how the pipes trembled. The cleanness of the room was questionable to say the least (found belongings from the previous guests) sheets looked unkempt and old, ended up giving me a rash. We were told at reception that we had free breakfast. We went the next morning, we told the hostess we had free breakfast and she let us pass, we ate and all just to be questioned at the end about this (waitress and personnel made us feel as we were lying? Which is insane bc why would we lie if hotel food is known to be expensive and we could’ve easily gone outside to find a cheaper and better place?) they sent us back to reception to clarify things, we went and were confronted with the receptionist telling us we probably misheard her and they never told us breakfast was included??? With a rude attitude. We were FLABBERGASTED again why would we lie??? Just demonstrated the terrible line of communication they have between them. We ended up having to pay 1500! Which again is insane when we could’ve easily gone to the city and found a more affordable place!
Will not recommend!
