Si vas a este hotel dejara mucho que desear, piscinas con excesos de cloro y habitaciones sin AC

Piscina con exceso de cloro que causaba irritación en la piel se aviso al frontcesk y nunca se atendió el tema. La buena pero el servicio muy malo

El calidez del personal. En todas las áreas el personal fue muy atento, servicial y siempre con la mejor actitud.
La boutique esta excelente.

Cons:

Algunos platillos de la carta tenían una calidad cuestionable.
El SPA está cerrado y justo íbamos con la idea de pasar un dia en el SPA.
Los baños del área de la alberca techada estan en pésimas condiciones, oxidados, mal olor, mamparas podridas.
