Nice hotel but poor location.
Pros:

When you enter the hotel you think wow this is a 5 star hotel, but in reality the rooms are a little tired, the location is not good, unless you need your bike servicing. You need transport in the form of tuk tuk as it is too far from town.

Cons:

The location, the main road where the hotel is located is more like an industrial estate with lots of shops for motorbike sales or repairs, car servicing, very little in the way of tourist shops to wander around in.

Our stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the level of hospitality and service was truly exceptional.

The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout the entire stay was top notch and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The hotel itself is beautiful — the rooms were luxurious, spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The pool area was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Siem Reap. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to get around while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

What really stood out was the incredible value for money. You truly get a 5-star experience here.

A very special shout out to Lina at the front desk, who took such great care of us from check-in all the way through check-out. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable.

Also, huge thanks to Bhuna, who not only picked us up from the airport smoothly but also helped arrange all of our tuk tuk requests throughout the trip. His friendliness and reliability made getting around completely stress-free.

Highly recommended to anyone visiting Siem Reap — we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay in a central location.
Pros:

Staff extremely helpful, breakfast was great as were lunches and dinners. Nice large pool. Very close to museum and food areas outside of hotel.

Cons:

Noise from next door renovations, and lack of non milk options for breakfast. Although they did make fresh soy milk for us each morning.

Beautiful resort
Pros:

This resort was absolutely stunning. It had everything you needed while also being close to the main areas and attractions. The room was big and spacious and the bathroom had a shower and a bath tub. Everything was spotless and in immaculate condition. The pool was very clean and big and had a bar next to it. There was also a spa where you could access the steam room, sauna and cold bath and hot tub which I loved. The staff were amazing and so helpful. It was my partners birthday so they decorated the room on arrival. Thank you to all the staff in the Borei you made the whole experience beautiful. Could not recommend this resort enough to anyone thinking of staying here.

One of the best stay in Siem Riep
Pros:

Location is 10mins to pun street, the pool si nice and the interior of hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly and food is great.
