Bed, pillows, shower pressure, cleanliness, safety, gym, pool, security at gate, location bit away from hustle bustle but still 5 mins tuk tuk to centre, great buffet breakfast.
No happy hours, limited food options and bit pricey, Limited in room dining options.

What a lovely place to stay in Siem Reap: the hotel is conveniently located but tucked away in a serene surrounding. You do not hear the street at all. The staff is so helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the pool, the pool bar, and the on site spa. They helped with us with reservations to local establishments and the absolute necessity tuk-tuk drivers ferrying us around.
I would gladly return again.

Absolutely loved our stay, the room was beautiful, clean and well presented. The food at the hotel was amazing and breakfast was delicious! Location was fantastic, easy to get everywhere and book transport. What really made our stay so special and wonderful was the staff - they went above and beyond in every way possible. We will come back!

Everything about this hotel was excellent: the perfect location, beautiful design, cleanliness, and outstanding facilities. The swimming pool, gym, and especially the delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.
The biggest highlight was the wonderful staff. From housekeeping and reception to the bar and restaurant teams, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

I stayed here with my sister in the month of July.
It has been one of the best hotel experiences we both have had.
The rooms and beds are spacious, clean and serviced daily.
The amenities was excellent.
The breakfast included was delicious. Coffee is made very well. Fresh sweet fruit especially mango, my favourite. When my sister mentioned that we missed a dish that reminded us of our childhood. The next morning it was available as part of breakfast made fresh to order by the chef. And it was delicious.
But the highlight for me was the exceptional service of staff members. Even by Cambodia's high standards. They went out of their way to help us with every request. From the drivers, the front reception, the waiting staff, the chefs, the cleaning staff everyone of them were just amazing. Friendly and helpful.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay here amazing. We will definitely be booking here when we next visit. And we will highly recommend to all our family and friends who visit Siem Reap to book into Borei Angkor Resort and Spa. Definitely 5 stars. :)
A lovely hotel in a good location. 10 minutes to Angkor Wat temple complex and a short tuk tuk ride to Pub & Food streets and the night market. Large comfortable rooms. I had a balcony overlooking the peaceful pool area and a large claw foot bath as well as a separate shower.
Food was excellent a great choice for breakfast and a lovely dinner one night. The poolside bar also served good snacks.
Unfortunately did not get time to use the Spa but laundry service was very good.
The pool area was large and peaceful with plenty of sun beds.
Very clean throughout and the staff were very friendly and service was excellent.
Really appreciated the late check out on last day as our flight was in the evening.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean facilities. Wide variety of breakfast selection catering for vegetarian and non vegetarian. We had a family interconnecting room which was a good size and very spacious.
