It was a great pleasure to stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. The facilities are nice, and efforts are made to introduce environmental friendly initiatives. The staff are very friendly, attentive and flexible. I particularly enjoyed the Cambodian Night!

This has been, without any doubt, the best hotel experience we have had in Cambodia—and honestly, one of the best in SE Asia.

We originally booked only a few nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending it again and again. In the end, we stayed almost three weeks because it simply felt like home.

From the moment we arrived, every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They even surprised us with a wonderful complimentary room upgrade, which was an incredible gesture that immediately showed us how much they care about their guests.

A very special thank you goes to Andy, who has been absolutely amazing throughout our stay. He has always been kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. We are also deeply grateful to everyone working in the restaurant, the pool bar, housekeeping, the spa, and every other department. Every single person greeted us with a smile and made us feel valued every day.

The facilities are simply outstanding.

The gym is enormous, completely free of charge, and open almost 24/7. It is better than many commercial gyms we have visited.

The spa and wellness area deserves special recognition. We have never seen anything like it in a hotel. It includes a beautiful hot jacuzzi, a cold plunge pool, sauna, steam room, excellent showers, and everything is kept spotless. It is an amazing place to relax after a day exploring Siem Reap.

The swimming pool is huge, with enough depth for real swimming and even diving, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers in a peaceful atmosphere.

Our room was exceptional. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the smart controls for lighting and temperature were modern and intuitive, the minibar kept everything perfectly cold, and having a coffee machine in the room was another great touch.

Housekeeping deserves a standing ovation. Every single day our room looked as if we were brand-new guests checking in. Everything was immaculate—no dust, no stains, no corners forgotten. We have rarely experienced this level of cleanliness.

Another detail we truly appreciated was receiving two large one-liter bottles of drinking water every day. It may seem simple, but it meant we never had to go out and buy water, making our stay much more comfortable.

Finally, we have to talk about the breakfast.

This is, without question, one of the best breakfast buffets we have enjoyed in many years. The variety is extraordinary: fresh pho, banh mi, an egg station, crepes, cold cuts, hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and so much more.

But what impressed us the most was something we have never experienced at any other hotel buffet: unlimited, professionally made cappuccinos, flat whites, and other espresso-based coffees at no extra charge. For coffee lovers, this is an incredible luxury and a detail that truly sets this hotel apart.

Everything about this hotel reflects quality, generosity, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We sincerely hope to return one day.

Had a fantastic stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. The facilities are exceptional, with a beautiful swimming pool, rejuvenating hot and cold pools, a fantastic gym, and an amazing breakfast selection each morning. The resort also offers its own in-house spa and massage facilities, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Siem Reap and the Angkor temples.
This is truly a must-stay property when visiting Siem Reap – you will not be disappointed.

Our stay here has been wonderful. The staff, cleanliness, food, and room were unreal. It's in a great location too, close to Pub Street and a big local market. Everyone was so kind and attentive. If I ever have the pleasure of coming back here I will absolutely be coming back to this hotel.

When you enter the hotel you think wow this is a 5 star hotel, but in reality the rooms are a little tired, the location is not good, unless you need your bike servicing. You need transport in the form of tuk tuk as it is too far from town.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, a calm oasis near the city. Breakfast is good, with enough variation to avoid repetition and the cocktails at the pool bar were great. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need (I stayed in the Landmark) and the pool is wonderful. The real stars of this hotel are, however, its staff. Without exception, they are warm, helpful, and kind. A special thankyou to Nisa, always professional yet also chatted with me as if we were old friends. As a solo traveller, away from my own family, it was especially lovely to be welcomed so warmly. Her family must be so proud of her!
