Lots of noise from traffic
Lo bueno es que su ubicación es muy central, con muchos lugares accesibles desde allí (aunque hay pocas opciones para comer alrededor), el depa es muy espacioso y la cama es súpercomoda.
Buen desayuno, y se sirve desde temprano, aunque ha perdido en calidad y variedad de opciones desde la última vez que estuve.
Repetí estancia después de dos años y en esta ocasión me decepcionó bastante. Toda la habitación dejaba una impresión de dejadez: asientos gastados, un mueble combado en el dormitorio, el tirador de una de las persianas estaba roto, y el cable de una de las lámparas suelto. Los cierres de las ventanillas no ajustaban bien, con lo que llegaba bastante ruido de la calle (y estaba en un piso 15)
A pesar de que anuncian cocina, no había ningún tipo de menaje. Había que pedirlo. Trajeron unos pocos platos y cubiertos, pero ni cazos ni instrumentos para cocinar. Tampoco servilletas ni toallitas de papel, ni líquido o esponja con que limpiar nada. Desistí de hacerme la comida.
El día de las elecciones intenté ver televisión: la tele de la sala de estar no tenía mando, bajé a pedir uno y me dijeron que “las estaban retirando”. En el dormitorio había otra tele, pero de la *enorme* lista de canales por cable, muy pocos funcionaban. La conexión a internet era lenta y errática, y una mañana simplemente no funcionaba.
Hay que hacer reserva para el jacuzzi (lo entiendo pues es bastante pequeño). La empleada tardó en responder para la reserva, no aclaró los servicios disponibles, y a pesar de que le pregunté por las toallas me habló mal cuando no traje la mía. Me pareció en general bastante impaciente, por no decir grosera.

Etwas altmodische Möbel. Im Bad fehlen kleine Details, Duschhaube, Gläser für Zahnbürsten, ev. Putzsachen für Schuhe.
In der kleinen Küche kein Geschirr, keine Gläser, kein Besteck.
