If I was told there was no WiFi I would have reserved elsewhere.

Location was close to where I needed to be

Cons:

NO WIFI? I was not told before reserving that there was no WiFi. The refrigerator was broken. Lost food I put in there. The desk staff put my key for 2 days instead of 3 nights so from the 3rd floor my husband had to run downstairs to get the keys updated and he had to wait till the desk staff was don’t with other customers and made our take out food cold by the time we got in our room. I would like money back from this reservation. I’ll be sure to write this on yelp. Customers need to know these facts.

We would go their again and ask for the first floor.
Pros:

Room was very good. Elevator sounds like a locomotive was screaching on the rails going up to or down from the third floor. I bit scary. Pool was really great. The breakfast was basic and it filled the need, but the room was VERY cramped especially on Saturday and Sunday. table too close to the food area and not enough tables for everyone. The floor was pretty sticky even if we got their early. The staff was very nice and polite no matter the different times we went with different people behind the desk.

Cons:

Better breakfast, fix the elevator.

Great place for family friendly weekend!
Pros:

Very family friendly place. Easy to get to. Staff were super friendly, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast crew, front desk were all kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great.

The stay was great, I would stay again and recommend to others
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean beds, very nice staff.

Cons:

The cleaning crew needs to be sure to move around the chairs to clean under them. I moved the chair and foot rest and there was an empty chip bag under it.
I know it can’t be helped but the bathrooms are small and the door opened up right where the toilet is.

Pros:

Great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. But still out of city limits so it wasn't a congested area. Good breakfast! And friendly staff.

Cons:

The WiFi was down, and didnt work the whole day we were there. And not a lot of parking.
