There was no WiFi and the room was not cleaned completely because there were fries under my bed and I hadn’t ordered fries. The Jacuzzi knobs barely worked. Nobody answers the phone at the front desk from the room. They only answer to you calling off google smh.

OK but needs upgrades
Pros:

The pool and the Jacuzzi was nice. The Jacuzzi in the room was also nice. I like the fact that they had housekeeping and housekeeping would check in on you each day to clean. I also liked the number of towels they left which was nice to have. and the nice size refrigerator in the room. I enjoyed the free breakfast in the breakfast room.

Cons:

The hotel had a smell to it on the main floor hall and the upstairs hall on the third floor. The elevator also made a really really loud noise once you reached your floor. they seriously need to get that fixed the rooms are also outdated. There’s a lot of wear and tear that needs to be fixed also

Comfortable for the price.
Pros:

The breakfast was good compared to some other Baymonts I've been in. Room was mostly comfortable.

Cons:

The message light on the old phone was blinking. When I pressed it, another room answered, someone who also couldn't figure out why the light was on. I told the front desk, but at time of checkout.

Perfect stay, nice hotel, helpful staff, very happy. Close to interstate but quiet as if it were not even there! Hot tub!!! As advertised!

Cons:

The pool was closed for cleaning the morning we checked out. The room was so cold and we had to turn the heater on, the heater smelled like it was burning so we notified the front desk so they wouldn’t think we were smoking in the room. Also smelt like wet dog

The room was nice and clean. The mattresses were so comfortable. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. The attendants were very nice and helpful.
