The pool area was nice but in a little bit of disrepair. We had fun in the pool anyway. Breakfast was always stocked. That's it. I'm trying to write enough to get this form to let me submit.
I disagree with this hotel getting above a 4 star on booking.com. It was 15 minutes away from the city in an area that time has long passed by. The hotel was too outdated to be clean, no matter what housekeeping does. The pool area was nice but you couldn't really see the bottom of the pool through the deep end water, it was cloudy. When I booked I wanted conjoined rooms and selected that option on booking.com but somehow that just meant that the rooms had a door that went to another room and not my 2 rooms were joined - this was not conveyed clearly on any site. I also had asked for a crib which was confirmed. When I got there the guy told me they dont have cribs and only after 30 minutes was he able to russle one up, nonetheless I'm happy we got one. Overall this was a less expensive hotel but I don't think the savings were worth the age and especially the location

The entire place smelled like weed and the elavator sounded like it was going to fall down. We couldnt swim it smelled awful and the hot tub had brown stuff in it. Breakfast was ok but was cold. The shower head spins all over and wasnt very hot. Would not go back.

Too many trashy people staying there. Asking for money, yelling, partying, kicking doors. They need to quit accepting vouchers. Most of the outside card readers don't work.

What I liked about it was the inside pool was very clean the breakfast was on point my rooms are clean the cleaning staff was very very respectable
What I did not like about it was the office clear front desk guy let a guy have entry to my room just because he paid the down payment the deposit his name was nowhere on the booking he was very vocal very aggressive and had no good intentions and he still let him in my room the police and everything was called and then I had to pay double and then I was charged $49 for nothing
