Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
The only complaint I have is the first floor smelled of weed. So bad it was like on my lips and gave me a head ache.
The room was very spacious the spa tub in room was nice and big also.
The room had a wet light mildew smell. It is more than likely from the spa touch surrounded by carpet, with no fan of any sort in the bathroom or near spa area. The dials and switches to the spa tub were across the room which we found rather inconvenient.
Pool was nice! My kids loved swimming.
The breakfast could have been better. Coffee or milk was the only drink options offered. I could have used a water. My son went down with an hour left and they had already closed down the hot station and were out of waffle batter. Luckily he was able to grab a muffin.
Also the shower could have been a little cleaner. There was soap scum build up on the wall and shower head
Cleanliness and location
Needs an update, not sure but I think it has the original carpet throughout. Would have been nice to have an automatic entry door for those who use the carts.

Staff were all very nice.
Children under age 8 were in the hot tube eating pizza and chips. They were dropping food in the water. No adults were there to watch them.
Our room was clean and comfortable with no odors. They even came by every day to clean our room & make our beds. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The breakfast was terrific! I did not expect a full meal! It was a great hotel for a great price. We will definately be staying again for the next state fair!
The pool looked bigger in the picture. It as a little on the cold side & crowded most evenings but the kids still enjoyed it.
We had a 1st floor room
My key cards didn’t work all 3 days. The toilet ran nonstop. The original room had wet carpet and had to change rooms.
Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, good location, nice breakfast choices.
The pool wasn't heated and at first the jacuzzi jets didn't work (a staff member fixed them). There were also big chlorine tablets in the spa, not good...
Location. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Good water pressure. Clean.
Staff lacked friendliness both upon check in but worse at check out. Not rude, just not welcoming or friendly. Very serious, stern looking faces. Just blah.

The breakfast was nice and the swimming pool and bathroom were a very nice size.
The carpet instead of hardwood floors. Also the lighting was too dim inside the room and there was no way to change the temperature inside the room. The television was also kind of small.
The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor and the mini fridge still had food from the previous guest

It was a very quiet place, which I enjoyed. Wasn’t a whole lot of hearing other guests moving around which I liked
A bit far from downtown, but I chose it so whatever, it was still lovely
