Pros:

The room was spacious even with four beds. Very clean, good beds and we had a 2nd floor room with the larger balcony which was lovely (I guess some higher floors get a view).
The shutters are great to keep the room dark and the AC was sufficient in hot temperatures.

The roof terrace is amazing for the view and to relax at the end of the end.

The pool is lovely, it gets busy though.

The staff especially at reception and breakfast was super nice and helpful.

The location is very good because it's quiet and there's a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby, but if you want to spend most of your time in the old centre or the marina/beach, it's quite a walk with young kids. (Fine for adults,, just harder in 30+ degrees).

Cons:

The large balconies should have their own lounge chairs.
The breakfast was lower quality compared to the other services. Some fresh juices, better quality products would be expected.

Great value for money just a short walk from the centre.
Pros:

Very clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very nice. Secure private parking under hotel was appreciated. Breakfast variety. Good location, just a 10 minute walk to the main square. Great value for money.

Pros:

The hotel is well situated just a 10 minute walk to the main square and about 20 min walk to harbor , rooms are lovely but no kettle or iron in the room and the mattress's and pillows were like sleeping on bricks , I did ask at reception who brought me a softer pillow . Staff were all lovely especially the breakfast and reception staff . There is a bit of a walk from down the street where the bus drops you off and a few steps to hike your suitcases up on the outside of the hotel. Overall I would recommend.

First Time Visit to Sorrento
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was really nice and breakfast had a very good selection to choose from.

Cons:

The shower / bathroom was awkward. Had nowhere to leave clothes, or hang towel. Also while showering, there was always a burst of really hot water for 5-10 seconds which was uncomfortable

Prima voor een keer
Pros:

Prima locatie voor een wandeling naar het centrum. Mooie ruime kamer met balkon en een uitzicht (schuin) op zee. Ontbijt was ook prima maar in een ongezellig ruimte in de kelder.

Cons:

Heel klein onhandig zwembad dat al om 18 uur sluit.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Amazing stay at Zi Teresa room 205. My sister, daughter and myself had a fantastic stay. Anna with her friendly smile, kept our room pristine and made sure we got anything we needed. Breakfast served an excellent choice plus freshly cooked eggs and omelettes to order. The pool was a bit small but more than adequate and never crowded. The roof terrace was amazing to capture the surrounding views across to Vesuvius and evening sunsets. Excellent restaurant, bar and mini supermarket within steps of the hotel and within a short walk of the centre of Sorrento town. Definitely going to return to Zi Teresa. A huge thank to all the staff at Zi Teresa especially Anna for making our stay so welcoming 😁
