A perfect location for sightseeing.
Pros:

Right next to the centre of the town so we could walk every where. And plenty of restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

Cons:

A bit noisy, mainly from the church bells!!

Nettes, älteres Hotel
Pros:

Sehr zentral, Parkgarage gleich in der Nähe
Etwas älteres Hotel, aber sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich.
Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Es gab "nur" oder Gott sei dank einen Ventilator, darum war das Zimmer etwas heiß, Fenster hatten wir zwar offen, aber es war halt relativ laut.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub das ideale Hotel
Pros:

Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter, sie waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war perfekt, große Auswahl, frische Produkte, mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.
Das schöne Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, es sind nur wenige Minuten zu den sehr guten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, ideal um Graz zu erkunden.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Die Möglichkeit das Auto vor dem Hotel auszuladen und einzuladen und dann in der Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe zu parken ist sehr positiv.

Cons:

Da es sehr heiß in Graz war, mussten wir die Fenster nachts zum Lüften öffnen und es war bis kurz nach Mitternacht viel Betrieb und Krach durch die Außengastronomie. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Ohrstöpsel nicht besonders hilfreich.
Die Dusche im Bad war auf einen Fliesensockel erhöht aufgebaut und durch die Stufe und da keinerlei Griff zum Festhalten vorhanden war, nicht für ältere Reisende geeignet.

The location of the hotel and the room were super, there was a paid parking a few steps from the hotel.

Cons:

There was no A/C in our apartment, which was unpleasing, because it was really really hot this weekend. There were only 2 fans.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Dankeschön

Cons:

Das Wasser ist im Badezimmer nicht abgelaufen in der Badewanne und das Wasser wurde auch nicht kalt, aber das war vielleicht wegen der großen Hitze! Ansonsten hat wirklich alles gepasst!

für unsere Gruppenreise (10 Personen) perfektes Hotel.
Pros:

die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut zentral und das Preisverhältnis dazu bestens.
die Zimmer sind einfach aber gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
das Frühstück hat für den Zimmerpreis die Erwartungen übertroffen.
es hat an nichts gefehlt auch nicht bei den unterschiedlichen Allergenen.
das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett
