Pros:

The pool

Cons:

No pool towels, floors dirty, found 2 cockroaches, the elevator didn't work a couple of days.. stared there 4 times don't think I'll be back

Decent location, terrible cleanliness, and needs renovation bad
Pros:

Great location near the beach but limited close food options

Cons:

A child puked in the pool our second day my wife informed the front and they didn’t want to clear the pool out because they only have a guy that comes at midnight to clean the pool , the next day still puke floating, the day after the pool looked clean but 2 days of puke in the pool is crazy and a lot of people didn’t even notice until we told them

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Beach access and restaurants right across the street. Costs way less than what is around the area.

Cons:

This hotel is run down. Paint chipping everywhere, mildew smell in room, floors are tile and you're at the beach so constantly wet and slippery. Pool area dirty with trash on tables. No hairdryer. No one ever came to clean room or take out trash so we had to. Room had no way to watch television as it was a Roku television. WiFi basically nonexistent. Elevator had a wooden floor and it was always wet due to people using it after the beach or being at the pool.

Pros:

The location was the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

It was very nasty, the sheets had stains all over them. It was very run down and has not been cleaned at all! We had to get a refund.

Pros:

The staff.

Cons:

Did not clean room except for sweeping one time during our stay. One bed had a damaged mattress which would make you feel like you were falling off. It certainly needs a remodel. I know it wasn't worth the money.

Very, very disappointed, won't be back!!!
Pros:

There was no breakfast we were given

Cons:

We were given a one bedroom on the 4th floor when we reserved a two bedroom on the first floor . The pool was nasty every day and we were there 4 days. We were there 3 months prior and everything was perfect!

Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

Humidity in the rooms. Everything felt wet. They didn’t make the bed or clean room every day. Pile all their laundry carts out by the elevator which makes it feel unsafe getting on and off the elevator. Especially at night. For the price it should have had breakfast.

Cons:

The doors key pad/lock/handle needed to be replaced. It’s was such an ordeal that we had to have assistance on NUMEROUS occasions to gain entry.
During our stay we overheard a few others having similar issues.
