Totally acceptable budget stay
Pros:

The property is very centrally located. It had everything I needed for a 2 night stay for a conference. The bed was comfortable. The room was small but had tea, coffee, air conditioning, wifi, a large and powerful shower, toiletries and an iron / ironing board. The hotel / motel is obviously for the budget minded traveller. It had everything you’d get in a 5 star hotel at 3 star prices

Cons:

The hotel is quite dated and tired though totally acceptable and more than adequate for a short stay when you need somewhere to sleep at night when you’re out all day

Location excellent close to restaurant and public transport
Room poor over the laneway refrigerated delivery trucks starting from 7am every morning, noisy directly under the window on the 1st floor.
Noise. Delivery trucks extremely annoying. Late night revellers expected given the location

Cons:

Early morning noise and late nite,light intrusion from poor window blinds curtains.
