Pros:

The location was excellent, close to Rundle Mall, buses and Casino. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was an existing problem with leakage somewhere in the pipes, so the carpet outside our bathroom door was damp when we checked in. The dampness became more prominent and reached further out from the doorway each day. The maintenance man said he'd just fixed a similar problem in another room. I suggested he put a warm air blower in our room to dry the carpet. However, he just gave us several bath mats to place over the damp area so we didn't have to step on it. Unfortunately, within a few hours, the dampness had risen through the towels, so there was no avoiding stepping in it. I emailed the manager after we left to remind the maintenance man to rectify the problem before checking anyone else into Room 307. I didn't receive a reply.

Great staff and location, rooms could be nicer/cleaner.
Pros:

The staff were super lovely and accomodating. The location was really great but that meant it was loud of a nighttime.

Excellent location close to lots of restaurants and public service and friendly helpful staff
Pros:

The room was fine, it was just very loud on Friday and Saturday nights next to the pub. I feel like if you had double glazing I would have had a more restful sleep.

Cons:

The bathroom was adequate but very dated . The toilet flush had to be held down longer to actually flush.

The location was great, could walk everywhere

Cons:

Door was broken from being kicked in, I didn’t feel like it closed properly so I felt unsafe and slept with a chair against the door. I say “slept” lightly, the noise from the street was ridiculous. I had to turn on white noise very loudly to muffle the music and shouting in the street.

Next door to a pub, noise till 3am. A/c not much good, shower took a long time to get hot and the step up into the bathroom is dangerous

Amazing place great customer service. Would defiantly recommend and stay again!

Quick and easy location to get to, affordable.
Very close to all the night clubs made our night easier. Great service especially from Lindy absolutely loved her service.

Perfect central location with everything you need within an easy walk

Super central location - lots of food options, close to shopping like Kmart / Woolworths if needed and close to tram lines.

Cons:

Super noisy all night on Friday and Saturday nights ( didn’t realise how central it was prior to booking).
