Echt een pareltje. Alles was perfect. Personeel was enorm vriendelijk, netjes en behulpzaam.

Beautiful stay in the Tuscan hills
Pros:

Amazing hotel with all the facilities you need - beautiful grounds with a spacious pool, gardens, parking etc. The rooms are very big and we had a lovely view out onto the Tuscan hills. The restaurant was also incredible and some of the best food we had in Tuscany, in a beautiful hilltop setting (and very reasonably priced). Breakfast was also huge and was nice to have fresh cappuccinos made for you every morning! However the main thing that stood out were the staff - every single person from the receptionists, to the waitresses and hosts in the restaurant, to the cleaners, were so kind and helpful. Would definitely come back here!

Cons:

The air con could be stronger, although we did go in a heatwave (35+ degrees) so maybe not an issue normally.

Un soggiorno di pace tra le colline toscane!

Bellissima dimora situata in una storica ed elegante villa d'epoca, ben ristrutturata e molto ben tenuta, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità delle colline del Chianti. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e cordialità dal personale della reception e dalla famiglia che gestisce la struttura, che si sono dimostrati disponibili nel fornirci consigli preziosi e informazioni utili per esplorare i dintorni e trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. La camera matrimoniale assegnataci era molto confortevole, ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort e gli accessori necessari per godersi al meglio il soggiorno, con in più una bella vista panoramica sulla campagna circostante. Ottima ed accurata pulizia sia nella stanza che in tutte le zone comuni dell'hotel. La struttura è dotata di un'ampia piscina all'aperto, un angolo di pace circondato da alberi, con comodi lettini e ombrelloni sempre disponibili. L'hotel dispone anche di un pratico parcheggio privato e campi da tennis. Apprezzato il ristorante interno alla struttura: cenare sulla terrazza panoramica è stata un'esperienza suggestiva, con ottimi piatti della tradizione toscana. Abbondante e variegato il buffet della colazione, ricco di proposte dolci e salate, tra cui spiccano le torte artigianali fatte in casa che soddisfano sicuramente ogni palato. Nel complesso è sicuramente un posto perfetto e in una posizione strategica tra Siena e San Gimignano per godersi un weekend di relax, lontani dallo stress quotidiano e immersi in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rigenerante! Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo! Super consigliato!

Lovely classic old hotel in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

I love old hotels with some history attached. This one is no execption! Well cared for, nice grounds, staff and pool. Good breakfast. The restaurant overlooking the vineyards was a treat.

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit pricey for the food we got but the setting made up for it!
