Geweldig hotel om een paar dagen te genieten.
Pros:

Van het momet dat we aankwamen tot het moment dat we vertrokken was iedereen bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het avondeten geserveerd op het terras boven en buiten was heerlijk en gezellig. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en het heeft een groot zwembad.

Cons:

Het zwembad had wat schoner kunnen zijn en minder chloor in het water.

Charme d'une vielle bâtisse au cœur du Chianti
Pros:

bon déjeuner avec des gâteaux "maison"
emplacement sur une colline à l'écart de la ville. voiture obligatoire.
chambre avec super vue et spacieuse.
restaurant avec une carte limitée mais les plats sont excellents.
piscine propre sans trop de monde fin juin.
Ambiance sympathique. le personnel parle très bien français.

Cons:

literie pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile.
moquette à rafraichir.

Sehr schönes Hotel oben auf dem Berg, wunderbare Aussicht. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Atmosphäre wie in einem Schlösschen. Sehr gute, gehobene Küche im Restaurant. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Agréable pause en toscane près de tout
Pros:

Le cadre et le personnel, la table du soir est très bien et très agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres( comme les salons )sont un peu impersonnelles, pas de décoration.
Nous aurions aimé quelques petites attentions ( une bouteille d'eau fraîche ou la possibilité de se faire une infusion ou un café ).

Relax e buon cibo
Pros:

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per la seconda volta e non possiamo che confermare l’ottima impressione avuta già dal primo soggiorno. La quiete e il silenzio regnano e se si ha bisogno di riposo, questo è il posto giusto. Siamo stati poi piacevolmente sorpresi dalla decisione di introdurre il light lunch che permette di godersi una giornata in piscina. Tutto lo staff è cordiale e molto gentile. La vacanza perfetta!

Relax vicino a Firenze
Pros:

La struttura è una bella ed enorme villa. L' hotel è pulito con uno splendida giardino ben curato. Parcheggio ampio e facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada principale. Le camere spaziose e pulite, letto comodo. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ristorante sulla terrazza splendido e cibo da 10 e lode. Il menù è alla carta con prezzi onesti per la qualità che forniscono.

Cons:

La moquette datata e rovinata, non è sporca ma ha visto giorni migliori e per un hotel 4 stelle sicuramente un punto a sfavore, stessa cosa la piscina da rimodernare soprattutto il rivestimento interno della vasca ma comunque sia pulita.

Ottimo il servizio ristorante e la piscina molto gradita soprattutto in questi giorni di molto caldo.

Pros:

A szállás nagyon szép helyen található, a személyzet rendkívül kedves. Kirándulás szempontjából ideális helyen van, minden turista látványosság könnyen elérhető.

Cons:

Sajnos az látszik, hogy kb 10 évvel ezelőttig egy menő helynek számított a szálloda, ezt bizonyítja a bejáraton is lévő ajánló matrica, aminek a dátumozása is kb 10 évvel ezelőttig tart.
Sajnos nem megbocsátható számomra, hogy a klimák beltéri egysége tiszta por (penész), foltos a fal, stb...
