If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. El aire acondicionado no se sentia, posiblemente muy pequeño para una habitación para 4 personas.
Excelente fin de semana en familia, disfrutamos de varios eventos en la playa, habitación muy cómoda.
En general un gran hotel
En general bien, es un hotel tradicional, con comida decente, el personal muy atento, un agradecimiento para Victor en la playa su profesionalismo y amor por el servicio se nota a leguas, bien por ese lado; el lunar del paseo fueron un par de personajes, uno en la recepción y los que atienden en el bar de la playa que deberían tomar un curso para atención al público, parece que se les olvida que los clientes están allá para diversión y placer no para aguantarse las carotas de mala gana.
Ya los baños están para hacerles una actualización, y capacitación al personal del bar de la playa es necesario.
La posibilidad de estar en la playa hasta tarde y en el bar de la playa por la noche.
No me gustó que después de pagar 4 personas con desayuno, nos dijeron que debíamos pagar por el desayuno de nuestras hijas por su edad, esta información no es clara en booking y nos sentimos engañados. Al hotel igual no le importó el reclamo y nos cobraron los desayunos adicionales, no nos lograron mostrar en donde diga claramente y en español que el desayuno para niños no está incluido!
Todo me encanto, y los productos de aseo que están en el baño, son un must.

Fui por el cumpleaños de mi mamá, todo estuvo magnifico, la gente es hermosa, le dieron un regalo a mi mamá en el desayuno, la comida estaba riquísima. La habitación estaba hermosa y nos pareció muy bien los precios del restaurante. El pescado con arroz de coco 56.000

Absolutamente todo pero sobretodo la tranquilidad que se siente en el hotel, asimismo tenerlo todo a la mano
Un detalle y son los gatos que rodean las habitaciones, no tengo nada en contra de los animales y me gustan mucho pero hay ciertas zonas que se siente olor a orín de gato
La tranquilidad. El estar a pie de playa. La comodidad y el silencio en las habitaciones. El desayuno es excelente, el bufete es muy variado y muy completo. Las piscinas son grandes y limpias.
Las bebidas, sentimos que no eran 100% naturales, parecían que las mezclan con artificiales, por ejemplo la limonada y el jugo de naranja. Pedimos jugo de níspero y sabía mal, no nos lo cobraron. Los cocktails muy bajos en alcohol
