If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Fui por el cumpleaños de mi mamá, todo estuvo magnifico, la gente es hermosa, le dieron un regalo a mi mamá en el desayuno, la comida estaba riquísima. La habitación estaba hermosa y nos pareció muy bien los precios del restaurante. El pescado con arroz de coco 56.000

Absolutamente todo pero sobretodo la tranquilidad que se siente en el hotel, asimismo tenerlo todo a la mano
Un detalle y son los gatos que rodean las habitaciones, no tengo nada en contra de los animales y me gustan mucho pero hay ciertas zonas que se siente olor a orín de gato
La tranquilidad. El estar a pie de playa. La comodidad y el silencio en las habitaciones. El desayuno es excelente, el bufete es muy variado y muy completo. Las piscinas son grandes y limpias.
Las bebidas, sentimos que no eran 100% naturales, parecían que las mezclan con artificiales, por ejemplo la limonada y el jugo de naranja. Pedimos jugo de níspero y sabía mal, no nos lo cobraron. Los cocktails muy bajos en alcohol
las tres guardan y tienen un balance bueno y agradable
las habitaciones del alojamiento, se pago por una suite junior, la 102, la cual en las areas de los closet no tiene entrepaños para colocar la ropa, la terraza lleno de botellas. La Sala no tiene ambientación, le faltan muebles, nos cambiaron a la suite 306 de 2 cuartos, la sala no tiene ningún cuadro o decoración, mesa para desayunos sin asientos, en la sala deberia estar la TV, las habitaciones son buenas y comodas. los Chiringuitos magnificos pero la musica demasiado duro el volumen.

Son un Clásico en Santa Marta, ideal para Familias que tienen actividades entretenidas. Todo el personal muy amable, el desayuno lo mejor de lo mejor!
Creo que se ve algunas partes antiguo, necesita remodelar, pero no impide la comodidad del lugar.

Hotel desordenado, dan sensación de falta de mantenimiento, sucios los pisos, las instalaciones viejas, la habitacion ruidosa

las piscinas sucias, las limpiaban con la gente adentro, no hicieron mi recibo de pago de iva el dia de llegada a pesar de pagar y a la salida me iban a cobrar nuevamente, tuve que enviar mi extracto de la tarjeta de credito para que ellos lograran enteder que se habia pagado con la tarjeta de credito a pesar de mostrar tambien el mensaje de descuento del banco, exponiendo mis productos financieros con valores y transacciones a mi gusto muy delicado y peligroso.

La atención antes de la llegada, el servicio fue para mis suegros, quisimos realizar los pagos de consumos directamente para que no cancelaran ellos nada sin embargo la asesora Yudis , vía telefónica nos colocó muchas trabas para realizar dicho pago, que los consumos sí y solo si se pagaban en efectivo o con tarjeta al salir de manera personal sin que se pudiera hacer vía transferencia bancaria, cero diligente , a la final nos tocó establecer un menú previo y cancelar sin que ellos pudieran elegir a elección en el hotel
