If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Considero q se puede mejorar el menú del buffet, era muy similar diariamente. Los baños debe tener un mantenimiento. El de nuestra habitación tocó pedir que lo destaparan por que la ducha estaba tapada. La habitación tenía humedad y los

Buena comida. Es un lugar cómodo, con buena atención. Me gustó que tuvieran sus propias instalaciones de playa para los huéspedes. Precios razonables en comidas y bebidas. A pesar de no ser muy aficionado al fútbol, me gustó toda la parafernalia que se montó para poder ver los partidos del mundial.
Que el mismo hotel no ofreciera planes de actividades externas de forma más activa. Eso se lo delegan, por decirlo de alguna manera, a operadores externos que las promocionan en la playa. Estos planes que te ofrecen tienen costos ocultos. Por ejemplo, te damos el almuerzo, pero se nos olvidó decirte que no te damos la bebida. O te llevamos a tal lugar, donde puedes hacer careteo, pero cuando estás allá te dicen "ah, eso tiene un costo adicional". Esto es una costumbre generalizada en el Caribe colombiano y de verdad es muy desagradable. Por eso uno quisiera un operador turístico más confiable y respaldado directamente por el hotel.

La caña de matrimonio muy pequeña
Permiten mascostas, es increíble todo las habitaciones cerca a la playa, conocí al gerente del hotel, una persona muy dedicada a su trabajo estaba en todos las lados supervisando muy amable y atento a los clientes !

La carta del menú tiene muy pocas opciones de platos fuertes para almorzar y cenar

Todo me gustó
La cercanía a la playa. Los restaurantes de la playa son muy buenos. Hubo pantalla gigante para los partidos del mundial. El personal es muy amable. La comida es buena. La playa es muy tranquila, nadie te molesta. Volvería todas las veces.
Las camas son un poco blandas pero es cuestión de gustos, igual eran cómodas y las habitaciones en perfectas condiciones. El restaurante de desayunar se queda pequeño a ciertas horas, como todos, pero la comida y las instalaciones son muy buenas.
