If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Todo, el lugar, sus ambientes y habitaciones. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado.
Que no tenía cafetera en la habitación jejeje
Tienen actividades para hacer en familia, el desayuno es excepcional, el servicio de maletero fue muy bueno , las instalaciones apesar de no ser modernas están en muy buen estado , la posibilidad de quedarse en las instalaciones después de hacer el check out fue muy buena mientras esperábamos el vuelo
El aseo no fue bueno , nunca me cambiaron los vaso de vidrio , las toallas se demoraron en llegar y el baño nunca fue aseado
La habitación cómoda,el personal amable, el servicio en la playa muy bueno
La comida en el restaurante no es muy bueno
La playa es perfecta, tienes a la mano todos los servicos. El hotel no es muy grande entonces se puede disfrutar mas sin tener que caminar mucho, mi habitacion era a 10 metros de la playa!!!
Mas variedad de comida saludable como ensaladas en los restaurantes de la playa. Tambien opciones para ninos como venta de paletas y helados
La comodidad, la cercanía al mar y el servicio en general, también la limpieza.
Por mejorar para el personal la sincronización en los pedidos de cenas y almuerzos.

Las habitaciones no son tan cómodas . El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y avisé al personal y no me ayudaron . Entra todo el ruido de la carretera

Tesisin plaj kenarında olması ve otelin çok temiz ve yiyecekler lezzetliydi

En cuento al restaurante muy tradado el servicio, más de 40 minutos para recibir tu orden.
Servicio: falta un poco más de capacitación del personal, viajaba con dos extranjeros y se quejaron de la falta de proactividad del personal.
Buenas instalaciones
La alimentación es de buena calidad aunque algunos de los precios eran muy elevados
La atención del personal en general fue excelente, la cercanía al mar una gran ventaja, las comidas completas y las piscinas cumplen con las expectativas.
Podría mejorar la coordinación en los tiempos de los pedidos y servidas de cenas.
La tranquilidad de la zona.
Las manchas del baño. Podrían quitárselas.
Quarta vez neste hotel, sempre gostei da localização e as instalações
Achei pouca simpatia na recepção, pouco eficazes, perguntei por táxi e preços para ir ao CC perto e disse que não sabiam que tinha de ser com o taxistas…acho que sabiam mas enfim…
La ubicación y la playa
Las instalaciones bastante deterioradas, el servicio de los host no fue nada agradable, en el check in me hicieron esperar más de una hora para la entrega de la habitación.
Very organized, clean, elegant, modern.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking lot was separated from the main building so you had to walk like 2 min to enter the hotel. And if it’s raining, you’re going to be wet. But the staff can lend you an umbrella if needed except when you arrive and when you leave. But I’m very glad it had a parking lot even if it’s separated.

La habitación se sentía muy antigua, como quedada en el tiempo, personalmente eso no me gustó
Las instalaciones en el área de piscina y playa muy bien.
De entrada la atención en recepción dejó mucho que desear, conozco el lugar lo elegí porque antes ya me había alojado y todo estuvo Ok en esa oportunidad.
