If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

El personal muy atento, excelentes instalaciones
Que era una habitación muy pequeña, sin hall y si sería bueno que en plan familia fueran habitaciones con vista al mar
Bueno para una noche de alojamiento después de una boda.
Las instalaciones son muuuuy antiguas. Precio alto para lo que ofrecen.
La atención en el comedor, el desayuno, la oportuna respuesta de unos funcionarios en recepción como el de la administradora Ana, y la niña que atiende en recepción

En nuestra opinión, lo mejor fue que tienen acceso a la playa y es una playa muy bonita. Las instalaciones se ven muy naturales y acorde a un hotel de playa. Las dos piscinas muy agradables, una mucho más grande que la otra.
El desayuno estuvo bien, pero controlan mucho las porciones. Cada vez debemos pedir y a menudo no eran muy amables o no respondían mis preguntas.
La cercanía al mar, la ubicación
El aseo de la habitación muy regular, poco personal para atender tanta gente, toallas de baño muy pequeñas. Falta Amabilidad del personal de recepción
El desayuno que va incluido en el valor de la habitación, me pareció excelente, las intalaciones en la playa, fenomenal.
Tuvimos un tema con una prenda de mi señora, que cuando hicimos la maleta, no la encontramos por ningún lado de la habitación, a petinición de ella, no reportamos esto al hotel.
La alimentación...y el servicio del personal

La ubicación es inmejorable, la comida deliciosa y las actividades me gustan mucho
En el comedor mencionan que el desayuno del niño no se incluye y ,"que no se puede compartir el desayuno"; lo que no tiene sentido ya que en la reserva tanto los adultos como los niños de 7 años cuestan lo mismo
Ubicasion ,
Hicimos una reservación, para 4 personas cuando llegamos ala habitación solo tenía, una cama, me toco pasar la noche en un sofá, se le aviso al personal de recepción sobre la novedad, al ver mi inconformidad, ubicaron una camas en otra habitación , nos avisaron para cambiarnos, pero eran la 1 de la mañana , pero mis hijos ya estaban dormidos. Me parace que antes de que llegen las personas que se van a hospedar deberían organizar las habitaciones revisar que todo esté como debe ser

Por ser costa deberian servir más arepa de huevo. Se me perdió un artículo personal...
