Nice room terrible location and parking. staff not the best
Pros:

The room was nice . The water was hot. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The location is shady. A bunch of homeless folks hanging around. The parking situation is terrible. The staff was misleading and not very helpful when I encountered a problem not to mention it was a little difficult to communicate with the manager in the morning.

My stay was comfortable the room was spacious & smelled good
Pros:

Continental breakfast was good location was good 2 blocks from the Harbor a few homeless shady looking people nearby walking around but that's to be expected in any big city. Otherwise there were good Restaurants with good food.

The manager went above and beyond. Food recommendations, directions, asked us the next day how the game was. Valet service was exceptional.

Great Value. Very Friendly Staff. Would stay again.
Pros:

It was within walking distance of the harbor.
Great pizza shop right across the street if you don’t feel like walking too far. Staff were welcoming and very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a little better.
Oatmeal and Hard Boiled Eggs would be good additions to the choices.

Great location and value! Clean property and friendly staff!
Pros:

Great value for money! The property looks just as pictured in the photos, and the facilities, rooms, and service were all exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Wilhelmina at the front desk was especially lovely. She was always checking in to see how I was doing and complimenting both me and my mom. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay!

Cons:

Everything was great! No complaints. We hope to stay here again!

Pros:

Stayed for a concert at M&T Bank Stadium and used BWI Airport, it was really convenient for both! Would stay again! Room had a king bed (if I'm not mistaken) and a sofa bed, worked really well cause my friend came last minut; it was really spacious.
