As well as the decor staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel is within walking distance to most of the main sites. The restaurants and gelato shop in the surrounding streets are amazing.
This hotel is fabulous. All the staff are extremely friendly and ready to assist with anything. The food was wonderful and the roof top bar was the best.
Location
Room was comfortable and quiet
Staff pleasant
Roof top bar is overpriced
Breakfast was adequate but disappointing
I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. The roof rooftop bar and restaurant were a bonus. I did not have time to check out the spool and spa, but it looked amazing. Would stay here again.
Todo muy bien
We planned this trip 8mo in advance with the hopes of finding a location we could 'plant ourselves' for 10 days to base from due to mobility limitations of my wife, versus relocating over and over throughout Italy. Hotel Romanico physically captured the beauty, culture and artistry of Rome as a romantic suburb just a few short minutes cab ride or energized walk from all the obvious highlights of city center! As beautiful as the hotel was, it was the staff that will forever remain our strongest memory! Janina, with Andrew at her side, is the the ultimate Empress of guest support! Her patience with our relentless wave of questions, starting months prior!, and enthusiasm to help steer us best was stellar! The staff supporting the phenomenal breakfast worked so hard yet always greeted us with smiles and eager offers to make our experience better! Let me say Marina was outstanding in her soft kindness in keeping our room clean every day and very engaging in putting up with our horrible attempt at speaking Italian! Whether the rooftop or lobby bar, then again we always felt like family. Please also know as enticing it might be to go to the heart of the city for meals.... Hotel Romanico is surrounding my outstanding very reasonably priced restaurants just a few short minutes away! Gelato options as well! Janina please know this is my third attempt at writing via TripAdvisor so my best work may be lost by now! My heart and gratitude for all your team's kindness will never be forgotten! Thank you!!!
I stayed here in April for a surprise 60th birthday present with my husband and absolutely loved it the room was clean, bright and airy and the staff were fantastic so helpful and friendly
We are coming to Rome again next year and will definitely be staying here again
Bedroom decor, rooftop bar
No hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang damp towels or robes . Shower over bath rather small
This was my first trip to Rome and the staff at Hotel Romanico Palace made me feel right at home. The front desk staff had such great energy and were professional and accommodating. My room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who like me, appreciate great customer service and high quality rooms and other accommodations.
I would definitely returns!
Breakfast was good. The rooms were amazing! Staff was friendly
Die Lage
Die Decken sind zu dünn und es ist kalt. Die Kissen und das Bett sind sehr unbequem
The spa was fantastic!
Son charme
Chambre exposée sur un avenue et très mal insonorisée ne justifiant pas le prix payé.
We booked a top of the line room through a travel agent. Once we arrived, we were placed in a basic suite and were told there was nothing they could do due to the third party booking. But they happily took our money for the upgraded room.
Once in the suite (if you can even call it that) the air conditioner clicked non stop. The streaming on the bedroom tv does not work and the menu on the smaller never shuts off.
You could find better options at the closest hostel.
However, the people at the front desk were really nice. If you’re into nice people but terrible rooms/value, this is definitely the place for you.
All of the 1 star reviews are correct. This place sucks.
The staff were welcoming and friendly.
The room was very small and could have been cleaner.
There was a charge of €50 to use the indoor pool and the roof top terrace was expensive.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with curated local antiques as well as locally crafted furniture and painted by a Florentine artist. The rooms and bathrooms are large and bright.. The amazing location is a 5 minute walk to Borghese Park and the Via Veneto and about 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps. The staff is friendly, gracious and organized. Breakfast was amazing, the food and especially the view.
Great location. Close walking distance to Trevi Fountain and subway stations. The bathrooms are modern. The breakfast on the 7th floor was good.
The room was small. The reception staff weren't welcoming.
