Si precioso
Las vistas muy bonitas. El desayuno mas que correcto, si hace buen tiempo y puedes desayunar en el jardin, mejor que mejor, es muy agradable.

No puedo entender como puede tener cinco estrellas, menos aún que sea GL (Gran Lujo). Siendo muy generoso, le pondría cuatro estrellas y en muchos aspectos , tres estrellas. Si no fuera por la majestuosidad del edificio y ubicación, desde luego le daba tres estrellas.
Aspectos a mejorar:
-No tiene piscina, ni exterior ni interior.
- En el jardín no hay una hamaca o tumbona para poder descansar, leer, tomar el sol. Únicamente sillas de hierros, bonitas y que para tomarte un desayuno o aperitivo está bien pero no para mas.
-El Spa cerrado todos los días que estuvimos, no puedo comentar de el ya que no nos permitieron usarlo.
-A las doce de la noche no te atiende nadie ni para una simple cerveza en la terraza ni salones, y eso que era pleno verano y dentro de la Semana Grande de Santander,
- A mi habitación le hacía falta una reforma integral, cuarto de baño antiguo, el televisor mas antiguo aún, la cama no apropiada para este tipo de hotel. La ventana del dormitorio no hacía bien la estanqueidad al viento, la del cuarto de baño tampoco, si dejabas las dos cerradas, empezaban a silbar debido a que están averiadas y hacía corriente incluso cerradas. La ducha con poca presión.

LA ubicación es muy buena y hay un gran desayuno.
El hotel esta viejo y mal cuidado. Nos tenian que cambiar de habitación porque estaba muy sucia. El hotel tampoco tiene Spa o piscina, algo fundamental en un hotel 5 estrellas GL. El precio de mas de 300€ por noche es claramente excesivo por los que recibes.
Lovely, elegant hotel. Had a big room overlooking the bay. Staff very courteous and breakfast was delicious. We stayed here day before our ferry back to UK. Recommend!

Beautiful place and setting
An impressive building in a great location with ample secure outdoor parking. The property is well maintained and the people are delightful having, obviously, been well trained.
The breakfast buffet was excellent in terms of both choice and quality and served in a lovely room. Would definitely return to this hotel. Our first impression of Santander and northern Spain was excellent
