Note that the restaurant will be closed until May 31st. Pros:

Staff at the restaurantes, they do there best knowing they were all under training (at least it seemed)

Cons:

Reception staff, no room service to clean the room, bad smelly towles and the only available time was at 22h. Noisy hotel at night on the arrive of more people from the late flights

Perfekter Urlaub dank eines außergewöhnlichen Teams

Unser Aufenthalt im Vila Baleira Suites war einfach hervorragend. Die schöne Lage, die sauberen und komfortablen Zimmer sowie die gepflegte Anlage haben uns sehr gefallen. Was diesen Urlaub jedoch wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter.

Selten haben wir ein Hotel erlebt, in dem sich das gesamte Team mit so viel Herzlichkeit um seine Gäste kümmert. Jeder Mitarbeiter begegnete uns stets mit einem Lächeln, war aufmerksam, professionell und immer bereit zu helfen. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, nicht nur Gast zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, beim Housekeeping oder in anderen Bereichen – alle waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und engagiert. Jede Frage wurde geduldig beantwortet, jeder Wunsch nach Möglichkeit erfüllt. Diese echte Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht und ist heute leider nicht selbstverständlich.

Die Mitarbeiter sind das Herz dieses Hotels und verdienen ein ganz besonderes Lob. Dank ihrer Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die unvergessliche Zeit. Wir können das Vila Baleira Suites uneingeschränkt empfehlen und vergeben mit voller Überzeugung 10 von 10 Sternen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!

En general, me sentí a gusto.
Pros:

El servicio amable de todo el personal, especialmente de Filipe En el bar, desde la recepción hasta los restaurantes y el bar, todo excelente . Buena ubicación, limpio, buen acceso a la playa , muy tranquilo , una piscina amplia.

Cons:

La decoración y el color del piso de la habitación, le falta decoración y más estilo . Pero me fascinaron las almohadas, muy cómodas.

Era um hotel era sem pequeno almoço junto á praia que só forneceu quarto para dormir nem snacks tinha se quiséssemos adquirir

Great hotel with lovely view
Pros:

Great for one nights stay, we booked last minute as our flight landed on Porto santo instead of Madeira but it suited us fine. The view was great from the pool.

Cons:

Only minus was the lack of facilities in off season (April) we couldn’t get coffee or breakfast in the mornings. There was also a dead pigeon in our garden which wasn’t cleared.

Location excellent - accommodation great - NOT been critical (kitchen utensils perhaps up grade - wine & whiskey glasses) will love to go back (hopefully the weather will be better.
