Room was big and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Cost, only auto worked on AC and I thermostat wasn't accurate. Area with tub and toilet way do small. Could barely stand and close door.

Was a nice stay after traveling for so long that day.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but nothing special. Everything was clean and serviceable. Just a nice place.

Nice clean quiet hotel with a nice view of the mountains

Cons:

Not very friendly staff. Most of the time they were not around. Although the hotel provides hot breakfast . They don't provide much food, if any, for those guest who have food allergies. Staff handling the breakfast was rude and unknowledgeable about food allergies when asked questions about the breakfast food

It was unsatisfactory but fixed by Robin
Pros:

The staff was great, especially Robin. The location was great.

Cons:

We required a pet friendly room. The room smelled and had large stains on the carpet. It also had an unused sanitary pad under the desk. There was no way that room had been cleaned. We did get moved to another room.

Nice, Quiet Stay in a Great Location in North Georgia
Pros:

This is a very nice property with spacious, comfortable rooms and superb service. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast attendant was especially friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this property.
