The Hazelton Hotel

From the moment we checked in Chloe spoiled us. From an upgraded suite to truffles somehow whisked into our room, reservations at a busy bar, taking photos and complimentary wine, we were made to feel very special. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly but Chloe stood out.
We would love to return !

I stayed at The Hazelton this past Tuesday night and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered — from the valet to the front desk and beyond — was extremely pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. The lobby is beautiful and inviting, and the rooms are absolutely immaculate and impressive. You can really tell they take pride in every detail and the amenities. The rooms and hallways offer a quiet atmosphere helping to add to your relaxation, and provide a buffer from the liveliness of the city.

The location is perfectly placed with shops and restaurants basically encircling it, giving you an excellent arrangement of choices.

Easily a 10/10 stay and I will definitely be back.

Beautiful 5 star hotel in the heart of Toronto. Some hotel advertise they are a luxury 5 star hotel but don’t meet expectations. The Hazelton exceeded expectations. All details beautifully executed and the staff friendly and helpful.

What stands out immediately is the people. Every interaction feels intentional and welcoming. From the doorman to the front desk team, there’s a consistent sense that everyone is there to make your stay better.

A special mention goes to Al at valet—he truly elevates the arrival experience. Friendly, professional, and attentive, he sets the standard right from the start and leaves a lasting impression. It’s small touches like that which define the Hazelton.

The hotel itself delivers on everything you’d expect from a boutique property—beautifully maintained spaces, great amenities, and a location that puts you right in the heart of it all. But what really separates it is how personal everything feels.

You don’t just check in here—you’re taken care of.

It felt like a private spa as it was a morning appointment.

With all the hustle and bustle of a long weekend decided to escape with my better half. Hazelton gave me the option to stay in private luxury in the heart of Yorkville . From the pillow menu to the whiskey cart loved my stay. The room is opulence with a side of comfort. All the boutiques and restaurants are by your doorstep.

I had an amazing experience at the spa! The manager, Darya, welcomed me with such warmth that it felt like a red carpet. The treatment, facilities, and the kindness and attention of the staff were all exceptional. I highly recommend it!

You can tell from all the other reviews that this is an exceptional property.
If you are bound for Toronto and you do not need to stay in the downtown business district, this should be your choice of where to stay, hands down !
Located in the heart of Yorkville, the surrounding area is great for shopping, dining, people watching and just strolling.
The hotel itself is truly amazing.
The rooms are large, well-designed, tastefully decorated and the oversized bathrooms are fantastic - dare I say the second best in the world (only beaten by The Burj Al Arab). These rooms offer superlative comfort to any traveler.
The level of service throughout the hotel is beyond excellent; everyone from the front desk to housekeeping is exceptionally polite and incessantly helpful; no wish goes unfulfilled. A special shoutout to all the Doormen, especially Michael.
The bar and restaurant at "ONE" are great, matching everything else at the Hazelton.
And finally, the Spa and Fitness area are first class. The indoor pool is small ,but adequate to do laps.
I can only sum up by saying that we are eagerly looking forward to our next stay.

We booked a couples treatment and Angela at the front desk really stood out to us! She was incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. She went as far as to give us a thorough tour of the facilities. She made our day feel special with her excellent service and even recommended additional services that we could enjoy while we we're there. We will definitely be coming back and recommending our friends to visit as well 😁.

This is a first class hotel, world class. I visit it frequently and the staff are always the same which says a lot about management and organization. Never had an issue, service is always prompt.

I decided to treat myself for my birthday and visited the spa at The Hazelton Hotel and I’m really glad I did.The facial and body massage were amazing. Lana was so warm and was genuinely kind, made me feel really taken care of.
The spa itself is cozy, it honestly feels like everything is just for you. Also, the hotel looks beautiful. I’d love to stay there one day. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but I think worth it.

Went to the spa to use the pool during my stay over the weekend. Enjoyed the facilities. Angela at the desk was very informative and even more friendly.

There are hotels that provide a service, and then there are hotels that make you feel like you've been expected. The Hazelton is firmly the latter.

The service here is proactive in a way that's genuinely rare. Someone is always at the door before you reach it. On checkout, a staff member takes your bags and walks them out to your ride while you're still heading to the door. At check-in as a returning guest, being greeted by name mid-sentence stopped me the first time it happened. That level of attentiveness isn't a policy, it's a culture.

The details throughout your stay carry the same spirit: a handwritten welcome note, slippers placed just so, water exactly where you'd want it. Small things, but they add up to something the Japanese call omotenashi, hospitality rooted in anticipating needs before they're voiced. The Hazelton doesn't just check boxes. It's internalized what the boxes are for.

Easily the best hotel I've stayed at.

One of the best hotels if not the best outright! Facilities and location could not be more prime. The concierge lady Victoria has a tremendous knowledge on the info you need. Very nice person to have any conversations with. She shows genuine interests in what is being said to her. She and everyone here makes anyone feel at home. I mean literally at home!
