The Hazelton Hotel

Our group of ten girlfriends traveled from across the United States and Canada to surprise a dear friend for her 60th birthday. For all but a few of us this was our first trip to Toronto. Thank you to The Hazelton Hotel and staff for exceeding every expectation!

After reaching out to several nearby luxury hotels during our search, The Hazelton stood out from the rest. The Group Sales Office was exceptional—professional, accommodating, and remarkably responsive. Planning a trip for ten women arriving from different cities is no small task, and the Hazelton team made the process seamless.

Upon arrival, each and every member of the hotel team continued to impress us. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring all of our needs were met. They went over and above on several occasions to help members of our group with small tasks: printing a boarding pass, steaming a dress, securing a breakfast reservation in the neighborhood, etc.

The Hazelton sits on a corner. Their outside patio restaurant was a highlight from our stay providing great people watching and the perfect setting for our group. The food, service, and overall dining experience were outstanding! The perfect backdrop for a memorable time together!

While this was the first trip to Toronto for most of our group, we will definitely be back with our family and friends! The Hazelton surpassed our expectations in every way! We left with wonderful memories, feeling cared for and appreciated throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire staff of The Hazleton Hotel for the luxury accommodations (The rooms were beyond opulent!) and exceptional service. From start to finish, it was a truly unforgettable experience!!

Located in the heart of Yorkville and surrounded by upscale high-end boutiques and a wide variety of restaurants that are all within walking distance. This 5-star boutique hotel offers highly personalized service from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is genuinely committed to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction, and their efforts made a lasting impression on my husband and me.

We were provided a superior level of customer service that reflected very positively on The Hazelton Hotel and contributed greatly to an otherwise wonderful stay. Our room was extremely well-appointed, spotless, and the decor and amenities were wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Toronto and do plan to return. When we do, The Hazelton Hotel will certainly be our first choice, and we look forward to staying there again!

From the moment we walked in the impeccable service was apparent. From front desk,to concierge to bellmen to housekeeping, everyone was above and beyond.

The Hazelton Hotel thoroughly deserves its reputation, my plaudits and my rating on this review, which is that my stay was exceptional and enjoyable. All aspects of our stay in Toronto where taken to another level by our stay at this lovely hotel. Convenient location, great staff throughout from the welcoming door staff, through to the efficient reception, to the room staff. Informative and helpful concierge, superb breakfast. Great spa and leisure pool. This hotel is complete and a credit goes out to the management and staff of the Hazelton Hotel. Service and facilities without too much fuss. Great location, staff and hotel!

Not a great experience. I found the room average. The carpet was worn and in need of repair. Ceilings very flow. Decor underwhelming. Windows small. Seems like it was designed to out compete the old 4 season over the street. New 4 seasons overwhelming better than the Hazelton.

AMEX late checkout not observed. We went out at noon and came back at 2 to find the bed stripped and the linens removed.

Which I think sums up this place. No one really cares. Its very busy outside. The restaurant patio a hotspot. Supercar revving a headache later in the evening if you need an early night.

So, kinda an instagram hotel. All surface, no substance.

My wife and I chose The Hazelton Hotel for a post-wedding stay, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of service felt genuinely personal.

A special thank you goes to Jessica Rodrigues, who paid incredible attention to detail throughout our stay. She truly elevated the experience. Jessica took the time to understand that this was a meaningful occasion for us and helped coordinate what turned out to be the most incredible massages we have ever had as a couple. It was the perfect way to decompress after the wedding, and set a new standard for what we consider a spa experience.

Thank you to Rohan who selected an immaculate room, which was spacious, and thoughtfully designed, but what stood out most was how seamless everything felt.

We will absolutely be returning.

It was a great experience staying at the Hazelton hotel for a short vacation. All the staff are extra friendly and helpful, and the level of the services are consistently high. Both Chloe and Kateryna (who helped me to check in an out of the hotel) are very professional and caring. I arrived a bit early, and Chloe helped arrange the gym and spa access as I wait for the room to be available, which is very nice.

The room design is tasteful, elegant and functional, and room itself is very clean. The Juliet balcony is a nice plus for letting the fresh air to come in. The hotel’s location is in a upscale and central neighborhood, with museums, supermarkets, and many restaurants and boutiques stores nearby.

I believe the hotel truly deserves to be rated the best in Toronto, and I can’t wait to book it again for my next visit.

The staff is incredibly accommodating. . They are there in a non-intrusive manner, but always ready to help..

The suite was one of the most well designed that we have ever stayed in.

The location was excellent, but of course that depends where you need to be in Toronto.

This hotel truly stood out among our experiences in Toronto. The level of customer service was exceptional easily the best we have encountered in the city. In particular, Justine at the front desk was outstanding. She provided a warm, professional, and seamless check-in and check-out experience, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, well appointed rooms that are both elegant and comfortable. I also had a facial at the Hazelton Spa, which was excellent. The spa amenities were quiet, relaxing, and very well maintained, adding to the overall experience.

That said, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. At ONE Restaurant bar, I ordered a mocktail with a shot of vodka and was charged $25 for the vodka without being offered a choice of brand, which was unexpected. Additionally, our breakfast experience at the restaurant was underwhelming, both in terms of food quality and service.

Despite these minor concerns, our overall stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.
