Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Overall praised as very clean in multiple reviews; one guest reported mildew in a shower and another reported a toilet drainage issue, so small negatives reduce a perfect score.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as pleasant, helpful and friendly; complimentary airport shuttle noted. A minor service limitation mentioned (shuttle ends at 9 pm), but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.3
Excellent location cited many times — promenade, proximity to the bay, restaurants and airport; some guests noted aircraft noise due to airport proximity, but location is a major positive.
Room Quality
8.7
Rooms/suites described as very spacious with kitchens and living areas and generally modern; some reports of worn rooms, noisy air conditioning, uncomfortable sofa bed and missing bidet reduce this score slightly.
Amenities
9
Breakfast, 24/7 complimentary coffee, pool and free airport shuttle are positives; some minor issues reported (dryer behavior, pool not inviting to one guest, no on-site dinner option).
Value for Money
8.4
Many guests felt the property offered good value for the price and space, but repeated complaints about high parking fees and overall priceiness lower this score.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast consistently praised as rich, delicious and varied by many guests, though a few reviews called the breakfast weak or lacking specific items.
Overall Experience
8.9
Majority of stays described as very good or wonderful and many guests would return; a few negatives (noise, parking costs, isolated maintenance issues) keep the overall experience from being perfect.

Overall my stay was good. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

I loved the room.

Cons:

No direct access from the lobby to the rooms. We have to go outside to get to the rooms. There should not been cost for parking.

Will stay again!
Pros:

Everything

Cons:

The only negative I had was my shower bathroom smelled strongly of mildew (rm 207) which I reported to the desk at checkout. Everything else was very clean and fresh.

Great place and location to stay
Pros:

Breakfast and the location were wonderful

Cons:

A bit on the pricey side, and we would have liked a room overlooking the canal, but other than that it was a wonderful stay and the staff was wonderful and friendly
