Etablissement de charme, très belle architecture et décorations début siècle dernier. Le personnel de l'hôtel accueillant et disponible. Très belles chambres spacieuses bien équipées et propres. Petit déjeuner fabuleux !

La vicinanza dell'hotel all'aeroporto, dato che sono arrivato alle ore 22. Hotel molto grande e di gran fascino. Non ho fatto colazione all'interno dell'hotel, ma dato che in un bar, due cappuccini e due cornetti li abbiamo pagati 9 euro, consiglierei di includere al soggiorno anche la colazione.
Hotel dal grande passato, ma attualmente un po' decadente. Avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, ma, oggettivamente, l'impegno di spesa sarebbe molto elevato.

El spa, el circuito no funcionaba al completo, muy mal había estado anteriormente y estaba muy bien pero esta vez muy mal.
El restaurante: el servicio muy mal organizado, durante la cena para Darnos el segundo plato tardaron más de una hora.

Teníem mitja pensió amb el sopar inclòs. Tot i reservar l' hora del sopar, vam haver d esperar 40 minuts abans no ens van portar el primer plat, i tot i així ho vam haver de reclamar. El sopar se ns va fer llarg degut als temps d espera. Ho podrien tenir una mica més controlat, així com a la terrassa de fora que la majoria de vegades has d anar tu a buscar la beguda. No et vénen a preguntar què vols

La dejadez. Es una pena no aprovechar todo el espacio que tienen. Estaba muy sucio incluida la piscina exterior. Las termas no valen nada la pena. En la habitación había cucarachas muertas y las que maté yo. Además de toda la suciedad en el baño y ducha.
Decidimos comer algo en el bar, en la gran terraza que hay, extraordinaria. Sólo había una persona para atender todo.. era imposible.
Nos vamos con una sensación muy agridulce ya que somos fans de Vichy Catalan.
