The hotel faces a busy main road, resulting in severe noise that can be clearly heard even on the upper floors. The air conditioner is also extremely noisy. There is a musty odour inside the room, and I developed chest pain and discomfort after staying there for a while. The towels were unclean; I got red rashes all over my body after using them. After checking out, I left my suitcase with the hotel’s luggage storage for several hours. When I returned to retrieve it, I noticed reddish-brown stains on the telescopic handle as I pulled the case. This makes me suspect that hotel staff may have tampered with my luggage.


酒店面向一条大路噪音很大，高层也听得清楚，空调很吵；房间内有霉味，过一段时间就觉得胸疼不舒服；毛巾不干净，用完身上起红点。退房后把行李箱寄存在了酒店几个小时，回来之后发现拉行李箱的时候拉杆上有红褐色污渍，怀疑酒店人员对行李箱做了什么。

However, the rooms are definitely not 5-star quality anymore—more like 3-star at best.

Cons:

I booked two Sea View rooms in June. I always stay at this hotel, but honestly, it gets more disappointing with each visit. One of our rooms had a very strong, musty damp smell. The hotel feels quite old and lacks renovation. The bathrooms are clearly outdated—especially the shower curtain, which had noticeable water stains. It makes me wonder how often they actually change them. Also, if you don't turn the AC up high, the damp odor in the room gets quite bad.

Pros:

Location is very good, has many restaurants in Tsuen Wan.
Atmosphere could be better.
Rooms is good however it is a bit noisy. I want to commend Kennis from the Communal Center at the 10 th floor of the Hotel for her incredible hospitality in the lounge. She is always helpful and A great compliment here focuses on anticipation, atmosphere, and personalized care.

Over rated under Delivered
Pros:

Room ok

Cons:

pillows old and no shape not enough plug sockets and none in bathroom.
Cleaners did not clean under cupboards replace missing glasswhich actually they left in the bathroom un touched.
Water filter no water! No info re breakfast or where.
No attention to detail and conserve need to smile at all time instead of sour faces under their masks
