Un soggiorno favoloso! Il Grand Palace è un vero paradiso: camera splendida, colazione deliziosa e una posizione ideale. Abbiamo adorato l'enorme terrazza e la magnifica piscina. Un grazie di cuore allo staff per la straordinaria disponibilità: mia figlia aveva dimenticato le chiavi e le hanno ritrovate subito. Servizio impeccabile, torneremo sicuramente!

Failure
Pros:

When I arrived at the property they told me there was a problem and my room was not available. 😥 They accomodate me in another hotel nearby.

Cons:

They could have let me know about this problem in advance. I did not like that at all. Anyways, they offered ne a dinner in their restaurant but I did not go.

Pros:

It was a historic building so had a lot of high ceilings and charm. It was out of heavy tourist traffic but we could easily walk to the train station. We went to Lucca one day and Florence another day. We also went on the historic funicular nearby by .
