When I arrived at the property they told me there was a problem and my room was not available. 😥 They accomodate me in another hotel nearby.

Cons:

They could have let me know about this problem in advance. I did not like that at all. Anyways, they offered ne a dinner in their restaurant but I did not go.

I would stay again.
Pros:

It was a historic building so had a lot of high ceilings and charm. It was out of heavy tourist traffic but we could easily walk to the train station. We went to Lucca one day and Florence another day. We also went on the historic funicular nearby by .

Personale molto gentile dall'arrivo alla partenza, camere comode e silenziose nonostante
fossero sulla strada. Un punto di riferimento sicuro per le prossime
