Nice hotel. Great location. Good breakfast but I couldn’t recommend this hotel due to the problems with the hot water.
Pros:

Loved the swimming pool. It was very nice to relax there.
The entrance is fabulous and the bar and courtyard are too.

Cons:

The hotel had a problem with the hot water. There was no hot water when we arrived. It did come back on later and no hot water the night before we left. The rooms are a bit tired and air conditioning needs updating.

Pros:

Location was excellent! A 2 minute walk to the train station and when you step out the front door you are in the main pedestrian square. Still, the room was quiet and I was not disturbed by any outside noise either from the street or other parts of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was big and very comfortable. Staying in August, I was hoping for good air con and I wasn't disappointed. The room stayed cool for the entire duration of my stay. Breakfast was good, usual hotel continental style standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk and in the bar. The pool area was a welcome respite from the midday heat in August and there were no issues finding a free sun lounger at any time of the day. I hope to return for another stay soon.

Cons:

Nothing really, just maybe the slight confusion around where to get breakfast! I was told one room, but it was clearly being served in 2 rooms each morning. I availed of both rooms on different days but on my last day when I entered the breakfast room and set about having breakfast staff very quickly cleared everything away and cleared the tables leaving me the only guest in that breakfast room with little choice of food left. It might have been an idea for them to advise me to take my breakfast in the other room before I got settled there if they so desperately needed to clear everything away. It was only 8am and breakfast ran until 10am. This was a disappointment on my last morning there. I could have abandoned things there and gone into the other room, but I had already started to eat, so I didn't bother. Also, their left luggage policy is to just ask you to leave your luggage behind the staircase. It is not very secure and I was a little concerned as not all my bags had locks and it wasn't going to be supervised or stored securely. It was fine when I returned for it but storing clients luggage in a separate secure area other than the main entrance would give more peace of mind. Another issue was how they seemed to have a local family avail of the pool every day. It was a young mother with 4 young children who were very much left to their own devices resulting in them often jumping into the pool much too close to other guests already in the pool, running around the pool, etc. As the pool area is quite small it might be better being kept for just hotel residents, who all seemed more interested in a quiet, relaxing time by the pool. None of these issues would, however, stop me from staying here again. Minor issues really that could be addressed easily by staff.

era tutto bello, la posizione, lo staff, le camere, la pulizia, la piscina, la colazione molto abbondante. Tutto molto rilassante, personale cortese e professionale (in particolare il signor Franco alla reception)
