Top Hotel; sehr ästhetisch und schön; sehr hoher Standard für Italien.
Pros:

Top Hotel, schöne Zimmer, modern, stylisch, sauber, komfortabel. Die Außenanlage war auch sehr hübsch und ansehnlich. Das ganze Hotel hat mir optisch gut gefallen und ich empfand es als ästhetisch. Der Service war sehr gut; das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war auch ausreichend; mit süßen Details, frischem Obst - auch alles schön appetitlich dekoriert und ansprechend gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Gym hätte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, mit zumindest ein paar Hanteln. Das würde schon reichen, um ein tolles Workout hinzubekommen. Hier könnte der Raum ästhetischer sein. Das ist wirklich das einzige Manko. Toll fand ich, dass ein Stepper da war, um zumindest ein bisschen Bewegung reinzubringen.

Most lovely stuff with lot's of good will and very professional. All of them, in every occasion. Very clean and well meneged. Very nice room, lovely pool, great breakfast. speciuos and generous place. not overcrowded.

מלון חמוד וממוזג בסמוך לאגם אורטה
Pros:

מיקום נוח בפאתי כפר קטן, כ-10 דקות מאגם אורטה.
חדרים נקיים, ממוזגים ונוחים.
מתקני המלון מצויינים. ישנה מסעדה טובה במקום, בריכה קטנה, בר וגינה מטופחת.

Cons:

אומנם הקפה היה טוב, אבל ארוחת הבוקר מעט בסיסית עבור מלון 4* ...
לחץ המים במקלחת היה נמוך מאוד.

Les espaces communs sont très beaux

Cons:

Les chambres sont ridiculement petites et indignes d'un quatre étoiles, pas de distributeurs d'essuie-mains en papier ni d'étuis hygiéniques.
Le cadre du restaurant est magnifique mais le menu sur la carte est ronflant mais prétentieux et trompeur: pas de morilles comme annoncé, pas de grand Marnier sur les crêpes en dépit des affirmations de la responsable

Per una critica costruttiva segnalo che ho trovato una ragnatela di fianco al comodino. Sarebbe gradito poter regolare l'aria condizionata di oltre tre gradi al fine di evitare una sbalzo di temperatura troppo elevato. Nonostante la segnalazione alla reception il controllo in camera non andava oltre i 24 gradi

Pros:

Le décor est très beau, à la fois à l’extérieur avec la fontaine et la belle piscine, ainsi que dans les salles intérieures, notamment la salle de petit déjeuner. Lit très confortable. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien, pas de contrôle du débit ni de la température, c’était très désagréable. La chambre est petite, à peine de la place pour circuler. Le prix est élevé donc nous sommes un peu déçus de la prestation qui l’accompagne.

Hotel war schön, die Preisleistung bei Unterkunft mit Frühstück passt!
Pros:

Hotel ist schön, die Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung, die Balkone zum Innenhof sind etwas klein. Der Pool ist groß genug und sauber und es hat ausreichend Liegestühle. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend in einem tollen Ambiente.
Es sind immer kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.
Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.
Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist hier zu finden.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist schön jedoch für unseren Geschmack wenig Essen/Auswahlzum hohen Preis, gewöhnliche Pastagerichte werden nicht angeboten. Es ist eine gehobene Gastronomie mit erlesenen weinen und Essen. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abseits, dass zum Essen gehen dann das Auto gebraucht wird. An der Unterkunft hat uns das täglich versprühte Raumspray nach der Zimmerreinigung gestört, welches bei meiner Frau zu Kopfschmerzen geführt hat. Nach Beschwerde über dieses, wurde es nicht mehr versprüht-allerdings hängt es einfach in den Zimmern drin, durch die Gardinen usw.
