Pros:

La ubicación sobre todo, las habitaciones cómodas, agua caliente todo el tiempo. El personal muy atento. Llegamos temprano y nos pudieron recibir antes.

Cons:

No vale la pena pagar el desayuno, es terrible. En frente hay puestos de comida más rica. Pagué 3 días de desayunos para 4 personas y solo ocupamos 1 porque no nos gustó nada.

La ubicación es buena, la habitación es cómoda y las instalaciones están bien.

Cons:

No me agradó que cuando reservé pedí si podía adelantarse el check in y contestaron muy escueto y no dieron seguimiento, como que les dió igual porque reservé a través de página, tampoco me gustó que el personal no te da seguimiento de nada, no llamaron al personal para subir las maletas y en general no están pendientes, las toallas tenían algunos cabellos, lo que me hace pensar que la higiene no es del todo buena y al salir solo me preguntaron si no tuve algún inconveniente, pero no más, me da la impresión de que tienen muchos clientes y que no es importante la atención para ellos.

La relación costo beneficio bien, el desayuno muy bien .

reporté que no podía usar mi plancha de cabello y subieron solo a decirme que solo en un conector se podía, nunca revisaron que la pastilla estaba abajo, acudí a un evento y no pude arreglarme por esta situacion.
