Pros:

De lokatie is prima: Op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden en ook metro station dichtbij.
Accomodatie en faciliteiten waren ook goed, zelfs een wasmachine.

Cons:

Voor de 3e persoon was de slaapbank minder comfortabel.

Odanın konumu harika. Büyüklüğü gayet iyi ve yeterlidir. Odada tüm olanaklar var. Mutfağı da gayet kullanışlı. Gayet güvenliydi bir problem yaşamadık. Self check in ve giriş çok kolaydı. Bagaj odası yerine dolaplar var. Self şekilde kullanabiliyorsunuz.

Yatak çok rahatsızdı. Çok inceydi. O kadar güzel şeye yakışmamış.

Wonderful
Pros:

We enjoyed staying here.
The neighborhood is calm with good restaurants and cafes nearby.
The room is clean.
The bed is comfy enough.
There is a welcoming kit for washing the dishes. There are coffee capsules and tea packs, but there is no sugar or salt.

Cons:

One morning there was no water in the tap. Other days there was no hot water from 9 to 10 am.

Páčil sa nám bezkontaktný koncept - check in cez aplikáciu.
Možnosť uložiť batožinu ešte pred ubytovaním alebo aj po odubytovani v úložných skrinkách, ktoré sú k dispozícii.
Apartmán bol pekný, čistý, dve spálne,- jedna orientovaná do ulice a druhá do vnútrobloku, dve kúpeľne s toaletou. V obývačke rozťahovacia gauč. Kuchyňa - kávovar, hriankovač, mikrovlnka, varná doska, kanvica, práčka, umývačka.
Super bol minibalik s tabletku do umývačky a do práčky, prostriedok na riad, utierka.
Bolo dosť úložného priestoru - skrine a aj trezor.
Mali sme v cene raňajky v kaviarni za rohom.

Cons:

Kúpeľne mali posuvné dvere z mliečneho skla, vidieť a počuť. Niekomu to môže prekážať.
Postele neboli veľmi pohodlné, vrzgali pri každom pohybe.

Soggiorno migliorabile

Posizione vicina al centro e alla fermata metro, monolocale essenziale ma abbastanza servito

Cons:

Soggiorno di una settimana: l'alloggio non è mai stato pulito né è mai stata cambiata la biancheria, che nel bagno è proprio essenziale. Peraltro non c'è nemmeno a disposizione una scopa o uno straccio per pavimenti nel caso un ospite volesse provvedere a pulire in autonomia. Nella dotazione cucina non è compreso alcuno strofinaccio. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare la carta igienica perché la dotazione fornita dalla struttura non è stata sufficiente per la durata del ns soggiorno. Letto non comodissimo, lenzuola morbide ma con buco. A disposizione solo un cuscino molto basso. Pur essendo un monolocale si potrebbero valutare diversamente gli spazi, mancano piani di appoggio

نظيف وفيه تقريبا كل المستلزمات الي تتوفر في الشقق عادة من ادوات مطبخ وغسالة وثلاجة

السعر طبعاً كان مبالغ فيه انا حجزت شقة بسعر فندق 5 نجوم
تقريبا الليلة 1،300 درهم
ايضاً لازم تاخذ عدتك معك مثل نعال slipper
وفرشاة اسنان وماي للشرب

A great place to stay in central Barcelona
Pros:

The facilities, decor and location were ideal for us. We had a minor issue with the shower which was dealt with very promptly & to our complete satisfaction. It's a great spot to walk to La Ramla, the gothic quarter, and in fact we found it very pleasant to walk everywhere. A great holiday!

Cons:

It would have been better for us to be able to get into the apartment earlier than 3pm - without paying extra!

Perfect location, helpful 24/7 staff, quick problem solving, nice stay
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was very helpful and available 24/7 to assist with anything we needed immediately.
We had a minor issue with the washing machine, but it was resolved right away without any hassle.
There were plenty of towels provided, and the place had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

Nice price-quality flat in the center of Barcelona
Pros:

A really nice and clean place, and an excellent location as well. Has a great rooftop terrace as well.
And as opposed to many other places in Barcelona, the windows were decent and quiet, shower had a decent pressure and the AC was working well.

Cons:

The bathroom door could be a bit more sturdy. Sliding glass door isn't ideal for privacy...

Excelentes instalaciones y ubicaciones inmejorable para moverse por Barcelona

Muy buen ubicación central, cerca del metro y del bus al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones perfectas y todo nuevo.
