The staff that smiled in the restaurant vs a few that always appeared they didnt want to be there or maybe they simply didnt want to serve me bc I tip based on character, 1st impressions & the server & lady who served the coffee never once made eye contact with me my entire 6 day stay.
I didnt like the tremor on the morning of August 16th 2026 :( The server and lady serving coffee didnt even say good morning let alone eye contact like the gentleman who wrote down guests room number.. He was the face and very polite, professional with a smile all the time ! It wasnt just me.. the 2 ladies pouring coffee and taking orders only made eye contact with other columbian guests .

Rooms are outdated, traffic noise because of the single glass windows. Breakfast is very poor presented and limited.
