Pros:

Customers service very nice

Cons:

Pay 70 $ for 2 night parking for car not acceptable it's should free for customer not happy for that

Pros:

The location is good and the multiple parkings are available.

Cons:

Rooms are not super clean. For the first floor, elevators are not available. The staff is not very cooperative at reception. However, the other staff help us taking the luggage on first floor since the elevator is not available

If you read my comments. It's will help me not to go to another Hotel. No pool privacy.
Pros:

The location is very good.
Never liked the pool area. Because there is no privacy from the public. Yes, I see that you put black canvas around the pool. Still no privacy. All you need is a 6-foot fence around the pool. Just to give it more privacy. Then put some nice plants inside the pool area. I can see more people enjoying your hotel and the pool area. You may still be a full hotel. But you will get more great reviews with the pool privacy.

Cons:

Read line number (3).
You have no milk to go with the tea. You only have cream. Not good if you drink tea.
