Cons:

There were unhoused substance abusers openly using drugs on the outside stairs of the property. From morning until night. When I had mentioned something the next morning at checkout it was as if nobody knew anything. We had our 2 young daughters with us. Not a great look.’

Pros:

The location of the hotel

Cons:

There’s no elevator. Also, there’s no place for keeping luggage for couple hours after check out. You can definitely keep a storage area for the luggage with a token as a complementary gift for the guests just checked out, so that the guests can visit the beautiful Niagara until their departure time. You should consider it as it’s a very touristic area

Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet. Pool was clean. Good location and staff was very respectful. Cheap affordable rooms and great staff. Overall stay was well worth the money spent!

Pros:

Paid for parking was my first ti most hotel that I've been to for mini vacation. Ana text message constantly asking to check in and check out like before 8 am when we have till 11 and check in can only be after 3pm.

Cons:

Parking one night for $30 was abit much.

I recently stayed for one night at a rate of $300, and unfortunately, the experience did not feel worth the price. On top of the high room rate, I was surprised and disappointed by an additional $30 parking fee.
Charging extra for parking on an already expensive room rate felt unnecessary and left a negative impression. Between the high total cost and the lack of perceived value for what was provided, I left feeling unsatisfied with my stay. I hope management considers being more transparent about additional fees or bundling parking into the rate to improve the guest experience.

Logement sympa 😄
Pros:

A deux pas des chutes, l'hôtel est accessible tres rapidement. On retrouve toutes les commodités nécessaires autour.
La chambre était très bien et confortable.

Cons:

J'ai eu une chambre a côté d'une pièce avec distributeur qui fait énormément de bruit et de vibration. Sans boule quies, je pense que je n'aurai pas beaucoup dormi.
Éventuellement être plus indulgent avec les personnes qui ne parlent pas anglais. Il s'agit d'un lieu où l'on rencontre toutes les nationalités.
