Glamping at its finest with friendly staff and sophisticated dining
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

The lighting in our lodge was a bit dim, which I found challenging. But I realize that is part of the rugged experience. I think there was a lightbulb burned out in the lamp.

Beautiful forest setting surrounded by nature and a beautiful lake
Pros:

The whole property was one of a kind experience. Beautiful setting peaceful.

Cons:

There was a large group of loud people and the resort promotes a lot of kids activities so if your expecting a relaxing quite escape you may be let down by large groups around common areas. Other then that we had a great stay

We had to upgrade room , from a safary type of glamping with over 120 stair steps. To a staff recommended over priced “suite”.

Hermoso lugar
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso, la comida ha mejorado mucho, realmente tiene todo para desconectar. Tiene bastantes actividades adicionales, el SPA es espectacular.

Cons:

Me gustaría que hubiera GYM. Por las noches nos tocó ruido excesivo, música de alguna boda o vecino y se escuchaba en exceso a los de la cabaña de a lado que se quedaron hasta la madrugada hablando fuerte.

Overpriced and full with kids, beautiful cabins.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, in the middle of the nature. Cabins are very comfortable with a nice fire place and bathtub.

Cons:

To many kids in the property. Pool was full with little kids. Extras like kayaks or paddle boards are stupid expensive for what they are, after paying for your rooms this should be free. The staff in the spa dont really want to be there, more than twice they told us they where overbooked or closing even 2 hours before there closing time, after pushing they would let us in and there was no one else there.

Cons:

Havuz ebadı daha büyük olabilir. Spa olarak seçtiğimiz bu tesiste spa’yla ilgili her hizmet ekstra ücrete tabiydi. Spa’nın havuzu da ancak ücretle kullanılabiliyordu. Bu hizmetlerin oda fiyatına dahil edilmesi daha doğru olur.
