La stanza in cui ho alloggiato era complessivamente bella, con delle finiture e dettagli di pregio. I letti erano molto comodi e i prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità.
Complessivamente risulta essere un'opzione sovrapprezzata. Alcuni dettagli del bagno sono da rivedere (rubinetti fissati in modo approssimativo e qualche graffio sui muri). Il check-in presso la struttura non è stato dei migliori; il personale della reception risulta essere abbastanza freddo. La colazione presenta una scarsa varietà di prodotti vegani e senza lattosio.

Unica pecca: le uova strapazzate della colazione non erano buone, avevano un gusto cattivo ed erano un po' acquose; le ho prese solo il primo giorno.
Un bel albergo,staff perfetto. Qualche imperfezione nella camera. Ottima posizione per i concerti al Visarno.
Trattandosi di un 4stelle con prezzi abbastanza elevati, le camere necessitano di qualche ritocco, nello specifico le placchette dei pulsanti delle luci che escono dalla parete in cartongesso e il parquet che andrebbe ricontrollato. Considerato il prezzo poco economico questi dettagli non passano inosservati, ottimo il parcheggio,ma anche questo è a pagamento. La colazione a 15 euro a persona?? Scherziamo?
