Verblijf was oke
Pros:

Bij aankomst kwamen we in een kamer waarin gerookt was (ook al mocht dit niet in het hotel), maar bij de frontdesk waren ze heel netjes met het verhelpen van het probleem.

Cons:

Er was gerookt in de eerste kamer waarin we kwamen ondanks dat dit niet mocht. De kamers zien er op de foto stuk strakker en moderner uit dan in realiteit, hierbij blijkt dat het niet een ouderwets uiterlijk heeft, maar ook is. De wc doorspoelen ging slecht met de knoppen. De gordijnen waren oke verduisterend maar het werd snel warm. Bij het ontbijt was aangegeven dat dit tot 10:30 uur zou zijn, maar bij de eerste dag werd het afgeruimd vanaf 9:45 uur en de twee dagen erna rond 10 uur, ze lieten staan wat over was voor ons om te pakken, maar aanvullen gebeurde niet, als het beleg of fruit op was, dan bleef dat zo.

Le 4 stelle sono un po' troppo ottimistiche. Il prezzo, invece è buono.
Pros:

Il climatizzatore della camera molto silenzioso e funzionale. Parcheggio nel cortile interno gratuito. Pulito e silenzioso. Prezzo adeguato.

La colazione scarsa per quantità e scelta minimale.

propreté,lit confortable .Salle de bain confortable.linge très propre.Personnel gentil mais un peu distant.

Chambre vieillote, manque de confort et d'accessoire ( cafetière pour petit café du matin). salle de petit-déjeuner froide et sans âme..une cantine et petit déjeuner très moyen.

Pros:

We liked the kindness of the staff and, contrary to some opinions we saw before our stay, we liked the breakfast. We received a lot of help with moving within the city from the people in the front desk, which make it easier for us to enjoy our stay. We liked also the possibility to drink water or coffee 24/7 in the restaurant area.

Cons:

The area is very close to the center but within walking distance there is not much around. The beds could be more comfortable, the pillows were too low for us. The hotel itself is very good but it could use a renovation in some areas.

Attention: you will have to pay the city taxes separately the next day.

In the offer when making the reservation, it clearly stated that the price included “taxes and all obligations.” However, the next day we were asked to pay additional city taxes 🤨 another 11 euros.
