Buon soggiorno, personale molto gentile e posizione comoda
Pros:

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire informazioni e a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio e, nel mio caso, la posizione è stata particolarmente comoda, sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia per spostarmi verso il Sequoia Music Park. La struttura nel complesso è piacevole e la camera era pulita. La colazione era varia e soddisfacente, anche se senza una scelta particolarmente ampia.

Cons:

Considerando la categoria di 4 stelle e il prezzo del soggiorno, mi sarei aspettato un livello di cura leggermente superiore. Alcuni elementi dell’arredamento risultavano un po’ usurati e sulle pareti della camera erano presenti alcuni segni. Anche il bagno, pur essendo pulito, avrebbe potuto essere più pratico: ad esempio, ho trovato poco comoda la presenza del solo soffione fisso nella doccia. Sono dettagli che non hanno compromesso il soggiorno, ma che secondo me fanno la differenza rispetto alle aspettative di un 4 stelle.
