Staff were helpful/ location / room was nice .
The TV was so complicated I couldn't get it to work .asked the reception for assistance and they struggled for 25mins by that time the football was nearly finished .
Dog friendly throughout. Good offerings at breakfast. Room was spacious and big comfy bed.
Being asked to pay £20 to use the gym once (didn't go), can understand the Spa costing money but not for a 30min gym visit.
Everything, staff very helpful and we were there for golf so perfect location.
