Bien dans l’ensemble mais déçu du comportement de certains serveurs…

Le Service, les personnes qui sert dans la restauration, fessait des différences en fonction des origines des personnes. Nous avons été plusieurs fois desservi après des personnes de type occidentales et fessait passée les personnes d’origine maghrébines après…

L’accueil à l’arrivée et au départ des voyageurs à revoir, en tout cas pour nous cela a été très froid.

Dommage que nous ayons était mis dans des chambres loin de tout et proche des travaux de conduite qui nous dérangeait par le bruit…les oreillers à revoir une catastrophe trop moue et faut mal à la tête.

Disappointing due to excessive restrictions and poor family policies.
Pros:

The hotel offers quite a good variety of food, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a range of interesting entertainment options. We asked about a room upgrade and were offered one at a very reasonable price.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely unfriendly towards families with children. Children are not allowed to use the gym, spa, hot tub, or sauna, even when accompanied by adults. There are even certain restrictions on children’s access to the swimming pool.

The gym policies are particularly unreasonable. I was denied access simply because I was wearing sandals, despite it being obvious that I have plenty of gym experience and clearly understand how to use the equipment safely. This was very disappointing.

Another strange rule is that the pool is closed after 5:00 PM. And, believe it or not, there are even signs stating that swimming is prohibited in the pool. Fortunately, nobody actually stopped me from swimming.

The garden area is quite large and green, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the lawns and pathways leave much to be desired.

Probably the biggest issue, however, is the designated smoking area in the lobby. The smell of cigarette smoke spreads throughout the entire lobby and even reaches the rooms located above it, making the environment quite unpleasant.
