Pros:

The location, the room itself, and the courtyard are all excellent.

Cons:

They should go the extra mile and greet return guests, provide turndown service, etc. They charge
what a high-end hotel would charge without providing the same amenities.

PEACEFUL
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely lovely! Such a peaceful vibe, gorgeous property, lots of exterior seating areas. Our room was very pretty, lovely decor, comforts us bed & pillows!

Awful!!
Pros:

Nothing. Converted motel, stark, rooms were very small. We had booked 3 days, but ended up staying just one night. The noise was awful. Booked a bunch of yelling children running up and down stairs. All night there was noise. I travelaround the world, have stayed in many top cities, and this experience has to be one of the worst ones. Staff was not even answering the phone, another company did, because no one was in the office. The price was over the top, and I’ve stayed in Carmel many times. Regrouped, and left to our old digs, much happier. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely, modern, comfortable in the heart of Carmel. Delicious European-style breakfast. Dog friendly! Fabulous!
