I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square!

I had booked an anniversary stay for my daughter and son-in-law and decided to go out on a limb and reach out to the hotel with a special request. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was met with an incredibly prompt and thoughtful response from Mary Beth and Austin.

From that moment on, they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and son-in-law felt special and had an amazing anniversary weekend. The care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness they showed meant so much to me as a mom.

It’s one thing to stay at a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people and the level of hospitality that make an experience truly memorable. Mary Beth and Austin absolutely delivered that. They took what could have simply been a hotel stay and helped turn it into a very special memory for my family.

Thank you, Mary Beth, Austin, and the Hilton Southlake Town Square team, for showing what exceptional hospitality looks like. You exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where guests are genuinely cared for.

Cons:

Chambre très décevante pour un Hitlon. L'extérieur et le lobby magnifiques n’ont absoluement rien à voir avec les chambres.
Meubles et literie vieillissants, chambres beaucoup trop sombres et pas assez de lumière pour s'éclairer malgré cela.
Nous avons dû demander a être changé de chambre car la première etait sale, très poussiéreuse, l'accroche serviette de la salle de bain etait cassé donc nulle part où les poser mis à part sur les toilettes, des tâches, des miettes...
Nous avons fait un road trip en passant par plusieurs hotels et ranchs durant notre voyage et cette chambre a ete la plus decevante du voyage malgré qu’elle fut l'une des plus chères.
Cependant le personnel etait adorable, compréhensif et le restaurant très bon.

Pros:

The staff in the hotel were very helpful
The location was good as it is in shopping area
The insurance deposit was 50USD per night which was refunded to me immediately after checkout
The room is very modern
It is near the airport which is convenient

Cons:

The price was expensive but it was during the world cup time which is expected
It is far from Downtown Dallas so wouldn't recommend if you want to go there

Pros:

gute Lage, gute Infrastruktur und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstücksvoucher ist etwas mühsam = Frühstück wird verrechnet und mit Voucher (da bei unserem Aufenthalt Frühstück inbegriffen war) wird verrechneter Betrag wieder gecancelled. Das könnte besser gelöst werden.
