O mizerie de hotel.

Cons:

Lipsa de curățenie, nici macar apa nu iti pun in camera, tin frigiderul degeaba, in baie curgea apa in toata baia de la dus. Camera este din ani 70-80… cu totul a fost dezamăgitor. Patul are 4 saltele, un disconfort total… apa la piscina mai rece decat in mare.. nu o sa merg niciodata la acest hotel de 3 stele, nu cum se afirma ca ar fi de 5.. ti se pune apa de la chiuveta, prosoapele murdare. Nu ca recomand sa mergeti…

Прекарахме една прекрасна почивка в Barceló Royal Beach! Всичко беше на много високо ниво – чистота, комфорт, вкусна храна и приятна атмосфера.

Искам да изкажа специални благодарности на Йоана и Габриела от рецепцията. Те бяха изключително любезни, винаги усмихнати и истински професионалисти. Посрещнаха ни с внимание още при настаняването и през целия ни престой бяха винаги готови да помогнат с усмивка. Благодарение на тях се почувствахме истински добре дошли и специални гости.

Благодарим за прекрасното отношение – от първия ден до самото ни изпращане. Йоана и Габриела направиха престоя ни още по-приятен със своето топло отношение, позитивно настроение и искрени усмивки. Такива служители са истинско богатство за Barceló Royal Beach!

С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме на всеки, който търси отлично обслужване и незабравима почивка. ❤️

Pros:

We really liked that the hotel wasn't overcrowded. We had an issue with our room at first, but it was promptly resolved, and we were given an even better room. What we enjoyed most was the food—it was always fresh, varied, and delicious; even the children found plenty of options they liked. The weather in July was excellent, and the management and staff were helpful—we really enjoyed our trip.

Расположение отличное , в самом центре . Всё близко , много ресторанов и кафе хороших рядом .
Номер убирали каждый день , было очень чисто.

Бассейн в гостинице замечательный, большой .
Персонал и на ресепшене и в столовой , да и везде на территории бассейна очень приветливый , чувствуется что всегда пытаются помочь , и это делается с улыбкой .

Cons:

Страшно захабено. Насрана от гларуси тераса. В стаята имаше огромен скакалец колкото дланта ми, който ме изплаши, и напуснах принудително хотела през нощта. Паркингът е ужасен. Лошо качество! Никога повече няма да отседна в този хотел.

Hizmet kalitesi, konumu, odanın büyüklüğü, yemekler, servis, temizlik tümüyle herşey çok başarılıydı. Konakladığımiz süre boyunca keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Cons:

Sineklerden şikayetçiydik ilaçlama gerekli. Sports barı guzel bir alternatif yaratmasina rağmen kullanımda değildi. Akşam 23.00 te bar servisi bitiyor, sürenin uzatılması ihtiyaçtı.

Сподобалось все. Харчування: на будь-який смак, вибір великий. Ввічливий персонал, дякую Тодору. Програма розваг для дітей.

Солодощі на любителя , але це не суттєво. Відсутність свого пляжу.

Pros:

Хотелът е на много добра локация. Стаите бяха големи, банята беше просторна. Почистваше се всеки ден. Лобито също беше голямо.
Посрещна ни управителя на хотела, който беше много мил. Пиколото Мартин също беше изключително мил и любезен и въпреки че колата ни беше на друг паркинг той много учтиво ни помогна. Храната беше окей.

Cons:

Паркинга не беше близо до хотела.
Персонала масово не говореше български, което според нас е пропуск тъй като се намираме в България.
