No towel replenishment in 2nd day or 4th days until I asked. No comp coffee in lobby
The outside back area was nice. Thst was about it
Front desk wasnt very friendly. Pool was out of order snd was the reason for us choosing the hotel. Food over priced and not very good
This Courtyard is a great option if you’re in the Portland area and not looking to spend the downtown Portland prices. It’s conveniently located close enough to the Old Town as well as surrounding areas like Saco and Biddeford. It’s your typical Courtyard by Marriott, nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and the service is friendly and helpful.
The area is quiet and there are plenty of restaurants nearby including a restaurant/brewery within walking distance across the street.

The location was good for the wedding we attended. The staff serving breakfast (the lady, especially), provided excellent customer service. The breakfasts were delicious.
When we checked in, no one told us about the breakfast vouchers and how they worked. I had to get them later that day and ask the breakfast person about them. Also, very disappointed in the cleaning of the room. It was not done. They replaced the towels but did not clean the bathroom or the room. Then the next time they came, I asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They said yes, but never came back. In the room for 4 nights and not cleaned once.
The location was good for the venue we were going to. Having the van go downtown was great for our friends who stayed at the hotel. The person who did breakfast from Friday 5/29 to Sunday 5/30 was excellent. Great customer service
When we checked in, no one provided us with the breakfast vouchers or explained how it worked. I had to ask later that evening after we checked in. Also, we were under the impression that when they provided new towels, they would also clean the room and bathroom. This did not occur. We had to complain about this, and they did not come back to clean. When they came to clean the room 2 days later, we asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They did not come back.

I was honestly expecting the breakfast to be included in our room rate and was disappointed to discover we had to pay for our own meal. The prices at the bistro were a little expensive for the quantity of food we received. The food was good but quality and prices were not
