Pros:

The location was good for the wedding we attended. The staff serving breakfast (the lady, especially), provided excellent customer service. The breakfasts were delicious.

Cons:

When we checked in, no one told us about the breakfast vouchers and how they worked. I had to get them later that day and ask the breakfast person about them. Also, very disappointed in the cleaning of the room. It was not done. They replaced the towels but did not clean the bathroom or the room. Then the next time they came, I asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They said yes, but never came back. In the room for 4 nights and not cleaned once.

Pros:

The location was good for the venue we were going to. Having the van go downtown was great for our friends who stayed at the hotel. The person who did breakfast from Friday 5/29 to Sunday 5/30 was excellent. Great customer service

Cons:

When we checked in, no one provided us with the breakfast vouchers or explained how it worked. I had to ask later that evening after we checked in. Also, we were under the impression that when they provided new towels, they would also clean the room and bathroom. This did not occur. We had to complain about this, and they did not come back to clean. When they came to clean the room 2 days later, we asked if they could come back since we were still in the room. They did not come back.

I was honestly expecting the breakfast to be included in our room rate and was disappointed to discover we had to pay for our own meal. The prices at the bistro were a little expensive for the quantity of food we received. The food was good but quality and prices were not

Would never stay here again
Pros:

That pool was the only decent part it was very small but it was a pool still

Cons:

The internet was horrible front desk couldnt even tell us what floor our room was on, bed was super uncomfortable was told was on king bed and one full not advertised as a pull out couch that was 2inches thick the face plate of the heater was falling off it was horrible for a suit at a 140 a night we were there from 6pm to 6am I would never stay here again

Was traveling home and the weather was changing over to snow so it was a great place to stop for the night.
Pros:

Great value and room size was surprisingly roomy

Cons:

No ice machine on any floor. Had to go downstairs to the bistro to get a bucket of ice. That was inconvenient.
