Great for a night or more.
Pros:

Room was super, clean, spacious, very well appointed. Might have been the smallest toilet we've ever seen and used in the States though 🤣 and the water pressure for the shower was a bit blah.
We could not find a lockbox in the room.
Husband enjoyed the patio a lot for his cigar breaks as it's quite cozy and smoker friendly.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast looked nice but was inedible. We're used to them being of a poor quality for economic reasons but this stuff was gross. Which is sad as it was freshly made and didn't look at all bad. It's likely the products used that put everything to shame. The eggs tasted as if they'd fed the chickens garbage, the bacon didn't taste like bacon and the oatmeal, which likely was the only thing edible thanks to a wide array of great topping choices came with a plastic liner to the pot. We just ditched it and went to Red Rooster Cafe.

Nice room, good breakfast and great staff
Pros:

Staff was great, particularly Stephanie in the morning at breakfast service. Our room was also just as needed with studio sofa and kitchen area separate from bed area. Gym and fire pit were nice also.

Chambre magnifique avec un bel équipement, personnel très accueillant. Bruyant, petit déjeuner limité.
Pros:

J’ai aimé sa situation en plein centre ville. Les équipements de la chambre etaient très complets : cuisine équipée. Une buanderie pour les lessives.
Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Pendant les 3 jours sur place la chambre : remplacement des essuies, vider les poubelles… n’a été fait qu’une seule fois. L’odeur désagréable dans les couloirs. Le bruits des camions de home dépôt toute la nuit. Le petit déjeuner inclus : pas de pain, un seul choix de yaourt, pas de pommes de terre, pas de bacon…. Nous sommes sortis déjeuner ailleurs les 3 jours. Un soir je suis descendue au magasin de l’hôtel pour acheter de la nourriture il n’y a que qques plats congelés déconseillé par la réceptionniste.

I would like to acknowledge my appreciation for the 2nd shift employee named Alisha. Having lost my wallet in Wyoming, I contacted the hotel in Billings to inquire about my (prepaid) check-in options prior to my arrival. Alisha was so considerate on my initial phone inquiry and facilitated our actual check-in upon arrival. Imagine the constraints one experiences having lost all of their identification and credit cards. It was a relief and pleasure to interact and reside at your facility. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ALISHA FOR A JOB WELL DONE. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER DISPOSITION AND PROFESSIONAL COURTESY, WHAT A RELIEF IN THIS POST COVID CUSTOMER SERVICE SOCIETY (OR LACK THERE OF)!
