Great Stay - Convenient Location
Pros:

Very clean, nice room, friendly staff. The location is great for exploring the area, and is not far from the Imperial Palace. Perfect location directly above Tokyo Station made it easy to catch our early morning train. There are two mini marts and a Starbucks on the ground floor and many good food options within the station / walking distance nearby.

Everything was good.

チェックインの対応。少しでも早くチェックイン出来るよう対応してくださった。

Cons:

朝食の納豆が藁で巻いたもの。藁のかすが、飛び散った。おかずやごはんをのせるトレーの置き場がない。片手でトレーを持っておかずやごはんを取るのは難儀。

Perfect location a base in Tokyo with ease of access to Tokyo Station.
Pros:

Location location location. Right next door to main Tokyo Railway. Clean. Great smoking room. Service was great.
