wonderful.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, with the neighborhood full of restaurants, not only inside the Tokyo station. The station itself is a big shopping mall. The staff is so good. A gentleman helped me with the reservation for a museum, which took him probably 20 min. I was in a haste that I did not get his name. In 2025 about the same week, we stayed in this hotel too, and 岸 san helped us to retrieve a bag we lost in the nearby mall. During our stay 2026 we got a chance to say hello to her and thank her again. We feel happy about that.

Mann zahlt haupsächlich für die Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer aber eher klein. Dafür hat es sehr viel Ausstattung auf kleinem Raum.

Cons:

Ist wohl eher auf Geschäftsleute ausgelegt oder auf Touristen welche den Hauptmerk auf die Nähe zum Tokyo Hauptbahnhof oder den Kaiserpalast legen

Pros:

It’s a great location and during a typhoon it is easy to get into Tokyo Station without getting wet. The room was big enough for me to open my suitcase and move around comfortably and security was really good. You had to swipe you key card to get access to the elevator area before even hitting the button.

Cons:

The room was tired, really tired. There were multiple scuff marks on the furniture and the carpet had seen better days, same can be said for the bathroom too. There was a brochure in the room detailing the views from the 30th floor. Didn’t need a brochure (which was out of date). Couldn’t miss the HUGE construction site in front of me. Wasn’t there for the view so I wasn’t bothered just amused.
