No hotel is more convenient to subway and train access in Tokyo than this well run establishment.
Pros:

The hotel sits next to the enormous Tokyo Station and can be accessed from station at the Nihonbashi exit without being exposed to rain or snow. Staff was very professional and not hard to find an English speaker.
Room was a little cramped but had nice view and very clean with nice shower. Hotel starts on 27th floor of an office tower.
Breakfast buffet was outstanding and reasonably priced.
A short walk took us to the marvelous East Gardens of the historic Imperial palace grounds.

楽しめましたし、車椅子利用者ですがありがたかったです。
Pros:

お掃除が行き届いていて、車椅子の利用者に向けた貸出品も充実しており、ス車椅子でもストレスなく過ごす事ができました。部屋の目の前に日本一高いオフィスビルが建設中(休日で工事はお休み)でしたが、今しか見られない特別な風景が面白かったです。駅からすぐの立地も助かりました。

Cons:

外国からのお客さんがロビーで大きなキャリーバックを広げている風景を何回か見ました。外国の方々に日本の文化や旅の心得をお伝えになっても、双方にとってもメリットがあるのではないかなと思いました。せっかくの美しい風景と時間がもったいないです。

veldig fint hotell, hyggelige folk, rent og sentralt.
Pros:

enkelt å komme dit fra Hanada flyplass. Veldig sentralt ift. alt og spesielt transport. Vi skulle vider på tog og for oss var det perfekt da Tokyo station er ved siden av hotellet. Vi var alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

ingen ting å utsette på oppholdet.

Great start to Japan trip, helpful staff and Tokyo Station right on your doorstep.
Pros:

A great start to our two-week trip to Japan. The location is excellent, incredibly close to Tokyo Station, which made collecting our SIM cards, getting Suica cards and picking up our Shinkansen tickets so convenient. We didn’t book the breakfast option, but having a Starbucks in the same building was handy.

The staff were very helpful, particularly with arranging luggage forwarding to our next Tokyo hotel while we spent two days in Gunma Prefecture. We were grateful for their assistance—it made the start of our trip much easier. A welcoming and convenient first stop in Japan.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. However a word of advice to those with larger families, the rooms are quite snug and may be considered to be a bit small if travelling in larger group. Otherwise great!
