Had a great stay at Sheraton while o was visiting for a business trip. Spacious rooms and courteous staff. Food was great as well. Would recommend. Arnnie and Yuvank helped with quick checkout.
The staff is very well behaved .
I was in shock at the service , I have stayed at other ITC hotels around the country. I am sad to see such poor service from them .. firstly I didn’t get the room I booked , they told me they didn’t have that room and will shift me the next day . The behaviour of the staff is very good that I have to mention . Next day the front desk acted like they didn’t know anything, so I explained them again , and again I was assured I will be shifted soon . After I requesting them all day and explaining my self again and again about why I should be moved I was still not moved . No apology just a smile and “let me look into it “ is all that I got. Maybe it happened only to me but I was deeply disappointed. We pay good money to get a comfortable stay but here I felt like it’s a waste. The room service also took too long to come after me mentioning to them it was for the kid .. the breakfast is so unorganised didn’t get water , didn’t get eggs , all was slow , plates were empty. I went at 9am breakfast is till 10:30 so I don’t have more words about their services..
I would suggest anyone who is reading this don’t book this hotel if you are planning to in the price you will get a better bigger room at any other 5star property . I am never going back.

כ50-60 דקות נסיעה , צמוד למרכז קניות גדול ,
רחוק מניו דלהי לוקח כמעט שעה להגיע לכל מקום במרכז העיר

El Hotel esta increible, muy bonito, con una atencion excelente, tal vez demasiado cargada, las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas, el desayuna tambien muy bueno y variado.
su ubicacion, quedo en medio de la ciudad, que se a convertido en una zona desagradable, con la calle de entrada muy mala, por la parte de atras, se puede salir a un Mall, pero esa cuadra esta llena de mujeres con niños pequeños pidiendo limosna de forma agresiva.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Delhi Pavilion, Sheraton New Delhi. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service.
The highlight of our meal was the Dehlanavi Biryani. It was beautifully prepared with fragrant long-grain rice, perfectly cooked meat, balanced spices, and authentic flavors that made every bite enjoyable. It’s definitely a dish I would recommend to anyone visiting the restaurant.
The restaurant itself has a sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance, making it ideal for both family meals and relaxed dining. The service throughout our visit was prompt, courteous, and thoughtful, with the staff ensuring that every detail of our experience was taken care of.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Delhi Pavilion for making our visit so memorable. Great food, excellent hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere—everything you expect from Sheraton. We look forward to visiting again soon.
