Mini bar rates are excessive
Enthusiasm, service and hospitality of employees. Particularly Arjun of the breakfast buffet team. His enthousiasm, although having done the night shift surpasses the motivation of an employee who has been working by Sheraton for so long.
Rooms are bit small, in place of a chair there must be a small sofa for vistiors
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location is a few minutes walk from Max Hospital

I had a great experience at the hotel. Special thanks to Ms. Sonam for assisting with preferences and providing a room upgrade. The hotel staff was kind and supportive throughout my stay.
What stands out to me is how the service keeps improving every time I return. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times over the last decade or a little more, usually for just a night or two. As a long-time Bonvoy elite, I have no doubt this is the friendliest Sheraton I have visited. We were only here for one night and I found myself wishing we could stay longer. If I am in Delhi, Sheraton is the only choice. I can't wait for my next stay.
