Important information:

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check in.

En el desayuno el personal colapsa. Les falta meseros. Son muy pocas personas para tanta gente. Termina uno desgastado de esperar y pedir ayuda.

Confot de la habitación, el servicio de room service, la tranquilidad que se siente, la vista desde la habitación y el excelente servicio y dusposion de colaborar para solucionar cualquier problema, por parte de cada uno de los funcionarios.

A great place to relaxing during the weekend. I could use the bike to go into the beautiful forest they have, the small boat in the lake, we had a thermal jacuzzi and nice pool. Just great!
