A wonderful stay in a perfect location
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Fig Tree Bay, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had a wonderful view.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and the room was cleaned perfectly every day.
The bathroom door handle was slightly loose, but as soon as we mentioned it, the issue was resolved very quickly. This made us feel genuinely cared for.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and would be very happy to return.

Cons:

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was Booking.com’s customer service. Responses were slow, and the “live chat” was not actually live or helpful. This was entirely related to Booking.com and not the excellent hotel.

Location, very clean, amazing clean pool and sea view.Rooms are very spacious and the members of staff very attentive.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

Dishes in the kitchen were not cleaned on arrival and the fridge freezer's door was missing therefore a lot of ice was formed.This happened before my arrival and should have been seen and reported by the cleaner.However, they quickly resolved the issue.

Location was excellent. Very modern, comfortable and clean with towels replaced every day. Lovely pool area. Will definitely consider returning for a holiday.

The stuff very kind
The food very good

Cons:

The beds weren t comfortable at all
And the shower (the upper one) was unproper.
Eithet you wanted or no to wash your hair, you had to. Because water was constantly falling.
Otherwise...was good..
But I consider a good discount would have been fair enough..specially I was with 2 kids..
