Le personnel très sympathique, la propreté

Cons:

Les portes des chambres qui donnent sur le couloir ne sont pas très bien isolées. Donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les parties communes

Tiszta, szuper ár-érték arányú hotel, finom reggelivel.
Pros:

Már jártam ebben a hotelben. Nagyon tiszta, minimal stílusú. Tágas szobák, nincs szőnyegpadló, aminek nagyon örültem, mert általában undorodok tőle. A személyzet extra kedves és gyors. a szobák tiszták. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A reggeli isteni finom és változatos, van gm kenyér is ha kérsz. Vegán opciók is bőven akadnak. Szerintem ár-érték arányban egy szuper hely, hoteltől 1 p séta a metro, amivel 20 perc alatt a belvárosban vagy. Mi akkor szállunk meg itt ha koncertre megyünk, mert több koncerthely is van sétatávolságban. Parkolni a hoteltől 1 perc sétára lehet egy parkolóházban, 24 órára 9 Euróért.

Itt most tényleg nem volt ilyen. :)

Ich verstehe und akzeptiere, dass ich ein Zimmer "ohne Rückerstattung" gebucht hatte. Aber erstens würde ich mir trotzdem mehr Flexibilität wünschen. Zweitens wurde das gleiche Zimmer unmittelbar an den gleichen Tagen für einen deutlich geringeren Preis verkauft, als ich im Voraus bezahlt hatte. Das finde ich nicht fair. Dass sogar eine Änderung des Datums abgelehnt wurde, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Das Hotelzimmer hat weder meinen Vorstellungen noch meinen Bedürfnissen entsprochen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück würde ich als standardmäßig bezeichnen. Hervorzuheben ist das Angebot an Kuchen und Teigwaren.
Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Linie U4. Damit ist die Innenstadt rasch zu erreichen.
Die von BookingCom gewählte Fragestellung "erzählen Sie un mehr zum Beispiel zum Thema Zimmer, Frühstück und Lage" ist deshalb unlauter, weil BookingCom die Antwort Frühstück und Lage bereits kennt.

Cons:

Es scheint so zu sein, das Gäste die Hotels via BookingCom buchen, von den Hotels mit speziellen Räumlichkeiten versorgt werden. Diese Tatsache durfte ich schon des Öfteren erleben.
Uns als Ehepaar wurde ein Doppelzimmer mit getrennten Betten verordnet. Die Bettengröße (ca. 80 x 190 cm) war so bemessen, dass unser Schlaf durch diese Tatsache gestört worden ist.
In einem Doppelzimmer nur die Abstellmöglichkeit für ein Gebäckstück zur Verfügung zu stellen, bedeutet dass man immer über die eigenen Koffer gehen muss. Nur ein geringer Teil der mitgebrachten Kleidung konnte in einem offenen Regal deponiert werden. D.h. man muss seine Bekleidung im Koffer belassen und bei Bedarf daraus entnehmen.
Wenn ich bedenke, dass wir pro Nacht €266,67, ohne Frühstück, bezahlt haben und den Reinigungsdienst separat anfordern mussten, sehe ich hier sehr große Ungleichheit im Verhältnis vom Preis zur erbrachten Leistung. Wenn jetzt angeführt wird, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt der Eurovisionssongcontest stattgefunden hat, wird die Unverschämtheit des Hotels und von BookingComnoch noch größer, denn dann hat man ein Zimmer, dass zum Normalpreis €113, 00 schon überbezahlt ist, noch einmal künstlich verteuert.
Die Bilder die in ihrer Buchungsplattform gezeigt werden, verfälschen die Tatsachen. Die Durchgangsbreite zwischen Bett und Wand liegt bei ca. 80 cm. D.h. wenn man seinen Koffer dort deponiert und das ist notwendig, verbleibt kein sicherer Restdurchgang. Dies gilt auch, wenn man seinen Koffer im Eingangsbereich abstellen würde.
Ich konnte weder im Zimmer noch am Gang einen Hinweis über die Lage des Notausganges bzw. einen Fluchtplan sehen. Auch ist kein Hinweis angebracht, dass die Aufzüge im Notfall nicht benützt werden dürfen.

Hier wurde ein mittelmäßiger Standard um den absoluten Höchstpries verkauft. Aus der Sicht von BookinCom und des Hotels ist alles perfekt gelaufen - Gratulation!
Ob ich noch einmal via BookingCom einen Aufenthalt in einem Hotel buchen werde ist offen.

Tiszta, kényelmes szállás, jó közlekedéssel
Pros:

Metrómegálló közelében, kedves személyzet. Tökéletes tisztaság, modern berendezés. Vízforraló, víz, kávé, tea bekészítés. Van minihűtő is.

Cons:

Egyetlen furcsaság: a fürdőszobán nincs ajtó (ráadásul egy nagy tükör van vele szemben). Ha az ember nem a családjával vagy a partnerével utazik, ez elég kellemetlen.
