Pros:

A localização é perfeita! Está entre Providencia e Las Condes, da pra fazer quase tudo caminhando, e se quiser pegar metrô, tem na frente também! Além disso, o atendimento deles é impecável! Nos sentimos muito bem cuidados! O quarto é novinho e bem limpo!

Cons:

O café é bom, não estava incluso e pagamos um dia pra experimentar, tem muitas opções, mas acho o preço um pouco alto pro que tem! Mas, como fomos um dia só, valeu a pena!!

Pros:

ubicación excelente, frente al MUT, excelente lugar para compras y comidas y variados medios de transporte disponibles. También a pasos del costanera mall, famoso shopping con mirador. Cercano a buenos restaurants.

Probably the time it took for the front desk to respond to me on whawhatapp. I asked a couple questions a week before arriving and got the answer the day I arrived.

Deixaria melhor a limpeza dos quartos.

Quarto bem bom, grande, confortável.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Um dia não houve a limpeza, mesmo eu pedindo. Em outro dia tive que pedir tbm e só assim foram limpar. E a limpeza era somente tirar lixo e arrumar a cama, dava pra ver que não limpava o chão. Fiquei descalça e o pé ficou encardido ( não estou exagerando, foi isso mesmo!).

Escapada a la capital de Chile
Pros:

Cómodo , excelente ubicación y justo frente al MUT lugar lindo y entretenido. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones acogedoras y limpias. No se pasa frío

O hotel é otimo, localização perfeita. Mas economizam em
Bobagens, como não ter talheres suficientes no momento que enchia mais o café da manhã. Meio sem sentido num hotel desse nível ficar aguardando talher no café.
Além disso m, o corredor é muito claro, entra luz pela porta do quarto. Chuveiro ótimo, cama ótima, travesseiros ótimos, penso que esse detalhe do corredor ficar menos iluminado durante a noite deveria ser pensado. Obrigada
