La ubicación.

Cons:

El servicio se limpieza, el personal no era amable, dejaban menos toallas, unos días dejaban gorra de baño y otros no. No limpiaban bien. El nivel de mi perfume bajo considerablemnte, asumo que fue la misma señora que limpia ya que cuando le pregunté se puso muy nerviosa.

The hotel does not live up to its Booking.com rating
Pros:

The location is fantastic, literally across the street from MUT, with easy access to all the main points of interest—from the Historic Center and Providencia to Las Condes and Vitacura.

Cons:

The room could use some renovation. The lights made constant clicking noises, which was quite bothersome. The shower was also difficult to regulate, alternating between cold and extremely hot water. The bath towels were quite small as well, which was disappointing.
