Muito bom hotel, moderno, limpo, confortável e com ótima localização. Recomendo!

Instalações do hotel novas, modernas e bonitas. Quarto novo, moderno, limpo, espaçoso, banheiro limpo e moderno, confortável, localização excelente, em frente ao MUT e relativamente próximo ao SKY Costanera e Metrô. Café da manhã ótimo e com variedade satisfatória.

Cons:

Poderia te mais espaço para colocar as malas, poderia ter mais uma poltrona no quarto, no box não tem espaço para colocar nossos acessórios de banho.

Hotel com ótima localização. Atendimento precisa melhorar.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto amplo e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Pontos negativos: (1) a falta de TV smart no quarto (não acessa nenhum streaming); (2) O staff não fez o mínimo esforço para atender as necessidades que tivemos (não trocaram travesseiros que eram altos e desconfortáveis; não trocaram um secador de cabelos q era fraco); (3) hotel grande mas com pouca atenção individual aos hóspedes. (4) corredores com muito barulho; (5) terraço com piscina não aquecida e sem qualquer atrativo.
