Boa e confortável.
Pros:

Limpa, quarto amplo e muito bem localizado.
5 minutos a pé do Costanera e para ir ao MUT, só atravessar a rua (fica em frente ao hotel).

Cons:

Do DJ todos o dia a noite no saguão do hotel.
Som extremamente alto ao ponto de atrapalhar conversas no “salão de jantar”. Além disso, a mesa do DJ ficava muito colado à recepção, atrapalhando muito a comunicação com os funcionários.
Totalmente desnecessário.

Pros:

ubicacion excelente,seguo y esta alfrente de centro comercial MUT。La música cada noche creaba un ambiente muy agradable y especial, aunque para los turistas resulta un poco difícil integrarse

Cons:

Un aspecto que no me gustó fue que la habitación solo tenía enchufes europeos de clavijas redondas. Aunque llevaba un adaptador, las clavijas eran más finas y no encajaban bien. Un hotel que recibe viajeros internacionales debería disponer de enchufes universales o adaptadores adecuados. Esto resultó bastante incómodo.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

El hotel sin duda cumple con lo necesario para una estancia agradable, mantiene excelentes dependencias y servicios, nos agradó el área del bar donde pudimos compartir con el personal el que además mantiene una excelente atención y disposición. La ubicación es excelente y la habitación confortable.

Localização Nota 1000! Recomendo muito.
Pros:

A localização é simplesmente PERFEITA! Se você vai a turismo para Santiago, recomendo muito!!! Fica em frente ao Mercado Urbano Tobalaba, que tem estação de metrô, restaurantes, casa de câmbio, lojas de conveniência e outros. Também dá para ir andando ao Costanera Center. O hotel é de rede, então é padrão. A limpeza do quarto era ótima, banheiro muito espaçoso e o atendimento do Hector no hall também. Achamos o café da manhã caro, então não adquirimos.

Cons:

A cama poderia ser melhor, o colchão estava muito afundado. E os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis!

Creo que el valor está por encima de lo que es.
Pros:

Las habitaciones están bien.

Cons:

Dice piscina todo el año y es de agua fría no cerrada.
No hay jabón para manos. Pedimos y nos dijeron que usemos de la ducha. Insistimos y nos dieron un jabón cito. Desayuno muy desorganizado.
