Wir kamen natürlich aus einem 5 Sterne Hotel aus Funchal, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, aber hier war leider schon sehr viel im Argen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber das war es dann auch schon.

Cons:

Man nimmt es einfach in vielen Dingen nicht genau, Sauberkeit so lala, kein Duschgel aufgefüllt, um Handtücher musste man nachfragen, das Frühstück war eher bescheiden, billig, qualitativ einfach nicht hochwertig, man müsste hier mal wieder einen frischen Wind reinbringen. Wie gesagt, keine Kritik am Personal, alle waren nett, aber 4 Sterne sind hier 2 Sterne zu viel.

A localização é perfeita junto ao centro da vila e da praia. Apesar de ser um hotel que na minha opinião necessita de umas remodelações, o quarto era bastante espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

Comunicação entre os colegas das reservas e front office falhou. Por duas vezes enganaram-se na nossa reserva, no nome e respetivas noites. A primeira impressão falhou redondamente. A limpeza só falhou na casa de banho no primeiro dia mas o housekeeping foi muito atento e retificou sem nenhum problema, todos os dias faziam turnover como solicitado. A Sandra da receção conseguiu dar a volta das situações que aconteceram anteriormente, fazendo com que a nossa última impressão fosse positiva.

A localização, a simpatia de alguns funcionários

Cons:

O barulho excessivo feito pelas funcionárias da limpeza nos corredores, quer durante o dia, quer, numa das noites até às 22,30h perturbando o descanso de quem procurou um local aprazível para repousar durante uns dias. Inclusive, a pessoa responsável pelo meu quarto deixou um pano sujo em cima da mesa de cabeceira.

Pessoas simpáticas e prestativas. Limpeza de todo o empreendimento.

Cons:

Nas cornijas do prédio tem espaço para pombas defecar para as varandas dos quartos. Quando cheguei a porta do quarto não funcionou com cartão ( foi necessário chave) e assim esteve até ao final da estadia. Serviço de limpeza de quartos porvezes muito tardio ( foi necessário falar para ser alterado.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade. Almofadas moles e lençóis estavam manchados. Ginásio que não é considerado ginásio pois só tem passadeira e bicicleta. Banheira de hidromassagem num quarto isolado e sombrio. Muito barulho na limpeza. Bar da piscina sempre fechado. Faltou a luz durante algum tempo.
