Great elegant hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding restaurant. Elegant, spacious room.
Pros:

Great luxury hotel in the heart of Limerick. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Savoy Bar at the hotel has authentic and delicious Spanish tapas (great Iberian ham croquettes), grilled lamb chops, etc. I’m from Spain and will say they are truly delicious!

Family celebrations at the Savoy
Pros:

Great vibe in the bar, lovely cocktails and really nice staff on reception and in bar. It’s a great location and spotless. Highly recommend.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights our room was beautiful and very very spacious it's definitely worth booking a suite especially as it comes with loundge access, during our stay we got to explore limerick which had plenty of shopping, we went to the hotel spa for the couples deal so so relaxing. The loundge is super chill and sheek and we met some lovely people there. We had dinner one evening the set 3 course and the food is very high standard so delicious. I'm a big fan of bridgerton tv series and was so happy to see there bridegton themed afternoon tea worth every penny. I work in hospitality myself and have for years also like staying in many different hotel, thw savoy hotel is by far thw best hotel I've every Seen and experienced staff are great food perfection, they even have a dubi choclate cocktail. We can't wait to come back.

Food and drinks were lovely in restaurant.
Stylish & chic

Cons:

From the minute we went into the restaurant there was a drunk loud woman making so much noise , we couldn't relax and enjoy the food nor our drinks.
I was more shocked how staff didn't have a word with her and ask her to keep it down.
Ruined our experience of the restaurant
I seen an elderly couple come in and leave within 5mins due to the loud drunk woman .
In my experience of other hotels this wouldn't be allowed and would be quickly sorted .
A lot of customers weren't happy with this loud drunk woman. Very disappointing of a 5star hotel .

Reward yourself by staying here...
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, but with no street noises audible once inside. The vegan breakfast was all I could wish for. The waitresses were polite and friendly.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay longer ...

Best of the Best
Pros:

This was hands down the best hotel experience I have had in over twenty years of staying in limerick

The staff were first rate from the front desk throughout the hotel special mentions to Jane Harris for looking after me thank you
Also the front desk Eanna super efficient and Darren all very friendly and professional.

And the food was top notch.

I can highly recommend this as a lovely place to stay

Sehr elegante Ausstattung des Hotels/auch unseres Zimmers. Stilvolle Bar

Der Empfang war ziemlich steif,unterkühlt! Man sollte sich mehr Mühe bei der Kommunikation geben,wenn Mann merkt ,daß Gäste kein perfektes Englisch können/Muttersprachler sind . Das war auch beim Frühstück hier und da beschwerlich.
