The Savoy Hotel

5 star stay. I was very pleased with reception. Very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was beautiful. Breakfast staff were very courteous and polite. My room was also very clean and equipped with everything that I needed. The air conditioning was not great in my room 510. I stayed at the George hotel and the AC was much better there in room 7016. Other than that it was still a 5 star stay. Bar staff were also very friendly and professional. Thank you team!

To say our stay was nothing more then perfect would be an understatement. From the moment you step into this stunning hotel you are treated with so much kindest, respect and the warmest welcome from reception. We were so lucky to have met Charan, he truly is such a wonderful credit to your hotel and made the stay one we will never forget. Julia was nothing but helpful and nothing is to much from either of them to make your stay more then you could ever expect. Sarah the manager is extremely welcoming and shows her staff the respect that they truly deserve. From the staff alone you would want to visit this hotel but it honestly kept getting better. The rooms are so beautiful, clean and every little attention to detail is absloutely perfect. The location is second to none, everything you could need or want is on your doorstep. We can not wait to come back again. Thank you all for making this such an amazing stay.

I tell ya what this is the best 5-star hotel i have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, we wore greeted with the biggest smile and the warmest welcome from Charan. He was beyond nice and so friendly.
We then went up to our stunning room, air con on full as we were in the middle of a heatwave, and the room itself was so nice and cool.
Stunning decor, massive, huge bathroom. Massive bed, and to top it off, we had slippers and robes.
When ringing reception for a few things, the lovely Julia was nothing but nice, and nothing was too big of an ask.
We also met the lovely sarah on checking out, and she was beyond nice to us.
We can not wait to visit again.

I always stay in the Savoy, it's very centrally located and has more than enough amenities than you could possibly need, the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond, The lady checking us in was Sarah and she couldn't do enough for us, the bar staff, night porters, waiters, cleaning staff etc are also very friendly and willing go above and beyond ,no request is too big or too small, it's extremely clean, the atmosphere is amazing, the food is Michelin star worthy and the pool and spa area are out of this world, I will never change where I stay in Limerick since the Savoy has set the bar too high for the rest of the hotels in the area, I know a lot of the staff working there by name and vice versa and they usually know what my order is going to be before they even get to me, we can't wait to come back

I’ve been lucky enough to stay at the Savoy Hotel Limerick many times, and it never disappoints. Every visit feels special, but that’s largely thanks to Sarah, who consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay truly memorable. It’s the little thoughtful touches, the warm welcome, and the genuine care she shows that keep us coming back time and time again.

Most recently, my best friend and I stayed while attending the Shania Twain concert, and once again everything was absolutely perfect. Sarah made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish, and her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience even more special. She has a wonderful way of making guests feel valued and at home.

The Savoy is a beautiful hotel, but it’s people like Sarah who make it exceptional. Outstanding customer service like hers is rare, and it’s the reason we’ll continue to choose the Savoy whenever we’re in Limerick. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah and the entire team for another unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return.
