Lovely location and fantastic staff although hotel itself including room was underwhelming
Pros:

Location and staff were fantastic!! The restaurant next door also had gorgeous food (hamptons bar)

Cons:

It did not seem like a five star hotel in my opinion, a bit dated and quite underwhelming unfortunately given the 5 star rating and price of the stay

A great place to enjoy a luxury stay in Limerick
Pros:

We had a very lovely one night stay, visiting family in Limerick. The hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was first rate. Valet parking is available at a fair rate. The front desk also made the effort of shipping to me (my charge, of course) a package that my cousin left for me that I forgot to retrieve when we checked out. Very thoughtful. I highly recommend the Savoy Hotel in Limerick.

Cons:

Upon check in, the concierge who was handling the front desk overflow said the dreaded, "sorry, we don't have a reservation for you." It was there, obviously. Under my last name, and BOTH my wife and my first name, rather than mine alone. Quite confusing. Before uttering those dreaded words she should have asked for the booking # when the name method of retrieving the reservation failed her.

Buona posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera ampia e confortevole, per il bagno ci sono gli accappatoi.

Cons:

Bagno con doccia e vasca, ma entrambe senza il doccino.
Colazione non a buffet ma alla carta... anche se era tutto ottimo non mi è piaciuto, le porzioni sono molto abbondanti (come per un pranzo o una cena) e favoriscono lo spreco di cibo.
Personale efficiente ma non troppo cordiale.

Comfortable but very expensive
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms. Food isn’t for everyone especially fussy people. Went to George hotel for much better food
Hampton bar also much better

Cons:

Food. Bar music poor, disaster how no parking for hotel apartment from across rd. hotel should pay for this. Food and breakfast very expensive

Great elegant hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding restaurant. Elegant, spacious room.
Pros:

Great luxury hotel in the heart of Limerick. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Savoy Bar at the hotel has authentic and delicious Spanish tapas (great Iberian ham croquettes), grilled lamb chops, etc. I’m from Spain and will say they are truly delicious!
