Really everything was wonderful and excellent ... from the start and entering till we out ... all the staff really was nice smiling helpful in the reception and everywhere .. everything clean .. quite calm comfortable place for relaxing ..
Very good location ...
Special thanks for gust relations office .. specially Yasmina was nice decent smiling helpful and very good welcome and hospitality ..sure will repeat this stay again

Cons:

الضجة وأصوات التكسير والبناء داخل المبنى دائما، رائحة غير لطيفة دائما في المطعم ، الحراسة في المدخل دائما يعرقلون دخولك بشكل مزعج وغير لطيفين ، إعادة المبلغ الذي في الأمانات بالجنيه وليس كما وضعته بالدولار وذلك مخالف للقانون لان هذه امانه ، وليس قبض من صندوق الفندق .
