One of the front desk staff was abrasive when I asked for just pillow cases to be changed and overheard her on phone with someone and she was rude.
It was clean and well maintained.
The hotel was very clean, pool room was clean, great breakfast selection. Just an over all pretty hotel for your stand basic hotels.
Double charged my card for the holding fee when I asked the front desk she blew me off and said there’s nothing she can do. I was traveling on a major budget so that was an additional $50 I was with out for the trip. Now I have to wait for the bank to release not just $50 but $100. We asked for extra towels and didn’t get them so I went to the pool room and got towels for the shower. We don’t have top sheets only fitted. The air conditioner vent fell off in the middle of the night I set it back on. The hotel its self was beautiful but unfortunately the interaction I had with the front desk left me feeling very underwhelmed to come again. This was my first time not using choice hotel and I think I’ll go back to choice hotels
Hot tub game room
Location close to the mall. Liked the layout of 2 separate rooms. One had 2 sets of bunks & other had king bed.
Alot of cobwebs on the ceiling & lights--especially right over the bed. We killed 2 spiders. A very musty smell in the room. Only solution front desk gave us was a bottle of spray air freshener.

The hotel was very clean, large rooms, and the facilities were nice. The staff was helpful and friendly..Beds were comfortable and the location was great. My son wanted breakfast and went a few minutes before breakfast closed. They kept it open for him and he enjoyed breakfast. Coffee was available all day! Game room was fun! Bathroom was very large!
It would be nice if breakfast went a bit later than 9am... Too.many work vehicles for Spectrum taking up spots. No where for trailers to park.
I used an Accessible room due to mobility issues. The room was large and the bathroom was very roomy. It was clean and had all the standard amenities you would expect. The breakfast was decent.
The room is misleading. I need mostly an accessible bathroom with a tall toilet and handrails. The bed was a nice height, but hard. The room was advertised as a Mobility Accessible Room with a Roll-in Shower. The bathroom had a short toilet, possible standard, but felt lower. It did have rails, but was very difficult to get up. The shower is not a roll-in, there is a two inch lip to get into the shower. Also, thought I might have better luck with the public bathroom by the pool, went to use that bathroom and it had a wall toilet that looked like it might have been ADA compliant as far as height goes, but there were absolutely NO RAILS in the entire bathroom. It is not ADA compliant and just because you put a rail on the wall doesn't make it accessible. Was very disappointed.
